dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการให้ความหมายและประสบการณ์มีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการความรู้ เพื่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพบริการพยาบาลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบปรากฎการณ์วิทยา ตามแนวคิดของ Husserl การคัดเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง โดยผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีส่วนร่วมใน การจัดการความรู้ เพื่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพบริการพยาบาล ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครแห่งหนึ่ง และเป็นสมาชิกในชุมชนนักปฏิบัติ จำนวน 12 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกและการบันทึกเทป ร่วมกับการสังเกตและบันทึกภาคสนาม นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาถอดความแบบคำต่อคำ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ตามวิธีการของ Colaizzi ผลการศึกษา มีดังนี้ 1. ความหมายการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการความรู้ ประกอบด้วย 2 ประเด็น คือ 1.1 บอกเล่าประสบการณ์จากสิ่งที่ทำ 1.2 นำสิ่งที่เรียนรู้ สู่การปฏิบัติจริง 2. ประสบการณ์การมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการความรู้ แบ่งเป็น 6 ประเด็นหลัก คือ 2.1 เริ่มต้นเข้าร่วมชุมชน ด้วยเหตุผลที่ต่างกัน 2.2 ประชุมครั้งแรก เหมือนคนแปลกหน้า ต้องใช้เวลาสร้างความเข้าใจ 2.3 กิจกรรมใน CoP ปรับเปลี่ยนได้ไม่มีรูปแบบใด ที่ใช้ตายตัว 2.4 ประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับ นำมาปรับใช้ได้หลากหลาย แบ่งเป็น 4 ประเด็นย่อย คือ 1) เกิดประโยชน์ส่วนตน 2) ส่งผลถึงหน่วยงาน 3) เล่าขานผ่านสื่อ และ 4) ร่วมมือสร้างเครือข่าย 2.5 อุปสรรคมีมากมาย ทำให้เบื่อหน่ายการเข้ากลุ่ม 2.6 หน่วยงานต้องทุ่มทุน พร้อมเกื้อหนุนกำลังใจ จากผลการศึกษานี้ ทำให้เข้าใจประการณ์การมีส่วนร่วมในชุมชนนักปฏิบัติของพยาบาลวิชาชีพข้อมูลนี้ผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลสามารถนำไปเป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการวางแผนส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้พยาบาลวิชาชีพมีความกระตือรือร้นในการเข้าร่วมในชุมชนนักปฏิบัติต่อไป	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this study were to describe meanings and experiences of participation in knowledge management for nursing services quality development of professional nurses. The research was conducted by using Husserl’s phenomenological approach. Twelve professional nurses who participated in community of practice for knowledge management in a tertiary hospital located in Bangkok were willingly to share their experiences. In-depth interviewing and verbatim transcription were applied to collect the data. Study data were analyzed using Colaizzi’s content analysis. The study findings were as follows: 1. Meanings of participation of knowledge management 1.1 Sharing experiences with others 1.2 Applying knowledge to nursing practice. 2. Experiences of participation in knowledge management 2.1 Being members with various reasons 2.2 Involving in a CoP as a stranger 2.3 Being changeable activities 2.4 Gaining advantages including 4 sub-categories: 1) Being self-advantages, 2) resulting organizational outcomes, 3) communicating via medias ,and 4) building networks. 2.5 Dealing with difficulties makes me boring 2.6 Needing organizational support The study findings provided an understanding of professional nurses’ experiences of participating in a CoP. Nurse executives could bring these data to plan motivation and support for professional nurses to be an active participant in a community of practice.	en
