| Abstract: | วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการวิเคราะห์เศรษฐศาสตร์ของผลกระทบจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงการออกแบบในอุตสาหกรรมฮาร์ดดิสก์ ซึ่งการเปลี่ยนแปลงการออกแบบของผลิตภัณฑ์มักต้องกระทำภายใต้สภาวการณ์ที่รีบเร่งและกดดัน ทำให้การพิจารณาความคุ้มค่าของการเปลี่ยนแปลงไม่ได้เป็นไปอย่างรอบคอบและครอบคลุม วิทยานิพนธ์นี้จัดทำขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอแบบจำลองการวิเคราะห์ทางเศรษฐศาสตร์ของผลกระทบจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงการออกแบบและเพื่อนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการตัดสินใจเลือกการออกแบบลูกปืนของส่วนประกอบชุดหัวอ่านของฮาร์ดดิสก์ในโรงงานกรณีศึกษาที่ทำให้สามารถลดต้นทุนของกระบวนการผลิตได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด ทั้งนี้แบบจำลองที่นำเสนอยังสามารถใช้เป็นกรอบการวิเคราะห์เศรษฐศาสตร์ของการเปลี่ยนแปลงการออกแบบอื่นๆได้ โดยผู้วิจัยได้นำเสนอแนวทางในพิจารณาและวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงการออกแบบเป็นปัจจัยสี่ด้านด้วยกันกล่าวคือ ปัจจัยด้านต้นทุนวัตถุดิบ ปัจจัยด้านกระบวนการผลิต ปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ และปัจจัยด้านผลกระทบต่อเครื่องจักรที่ใช้ในการผลิต ทั้งนี้ได้นำผลกระทบดังกล่าวมาพิจารณาร่วมกับตัวชี้วัดทางเศรษฐศาสตร์โดยเลือกประยุกต์ใช้เทคนิคการหาอัตราส่วนระหว่างมูลค่าปัจจุบันของผลประโยชน์ต่อค่าใช้จ่าย เพื่อนำผลลัพธ์ที่ได้เป็นแนวทางในการตัดสินใจสำหรับเลือกการออกแบบที่เหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด จากการวิเคราะห์เศรษฐศาสตร์ของผลกระทบจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงการออกแบบของกรณีศึกษาจะได้ค่าอัตราส่วนระหว่างมูลค่าปัจจุบันของผลประโยชน์ต่อค่าใช้จ่ายเท่ากับ 1.18 ซึ่งสามารถสรุปได้ว่าการเปลี่ยนแปลงการออกแบบในโรงงานกรณีศึกษามีความเหมาะสมทางเศรษฐศาสตร์และควรนำการออกแบบใหม่ไปใช้กับสายการประกอบทั้งหมด |
| Other Abstract: | This thesis involves economic an analysis of impact from design changes in the hard disk drive industry. Nowadays, a product design change has to be performed in urgency and the overall impacts are not considered thoroughly. Therefore, this study proposes models for carrying out an economic analysis of impact from design changes. The model is also applied to a case study in the hard disk drive industry in order to make decision on a bearing/cartridge in Head Stack Assembly process for the most cost effective alternative. Moreover, themodels provide a framework for an economic analysis of other design changes. The impact analysis of the design change is categorized into four main components: material costs, production process, product quality and manufacturing machine. The benefit cost ratio technique is used as an economic measurement for selecting the most appropriate design. From applying the framework to the case study, the benefit cost ratio is 1.18; therefore, the company should select a new design for production. |
