| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงความสัมพันธ์แบบบรรยาย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์และความสามารถในการทำนายของความรู้ ทัศนคติ ความเชื่อ การรับรู้สถานะสุขภาพ การสนับสนุนจากสมาชิกในครอบครัว หัวหน้างาน เพื่อนร่วมงาน และแพทย์/พยาบาล การได้รับแหล่งข้อมูลทางสุขภาพ และการเข้าถึงแหล่งประโยชน์ของหน่วยงาน กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันอาการปวดหลังส่วนล่างของกลุ่มผู้ใช้แรงงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม โดยใช้แบบจำลองการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของ Green and Kreuter (2005) เป็นกรอบแนวคิดในการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ใช้แรงงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม เขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรม จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 130 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความรู้ แบบสอบถามทัศนคติ แบบสอบถามความเชื่อ แบบสอบถามการรับรู้สถานะสุขภาพ แบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนจากสมาชิกในครอบครัว หัวหน้างาน เพื่อนร่วมงาน และแพทย์/พยาบาล แบบสอบถามการได้รับแหล่งข้อมูลทางสุขภาพและการเข้าถึงแหล่งประโยชน์ของหน่วยงาน และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมป้องกันอาการปวดหลังส่วนล่าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันและสถิติการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ กลุ่มผู้ใช้แรงงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมมีพฤติกรรมการป้องกันอาการปวดหลังส่วนล่างอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( X-bar= 21.99, SD = 3.18) ทัศนคติ การรับรู้สถานะสุขภาพ ด้านการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับสุขภาพทั่วไป การได้รับแหล่งข้อมูลทางสุขภาพ และการเข้าถึงแหล่งประโยชน์ของหน่วยงาน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันอาการปวดหลังส่วนล่างของผู้ใช้แรงงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r = 0.23, 0.28, 0.24 และ 0.28 ตามลำดับ) นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า การรับรู้สถานะสุขภาพ ด้านการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับสุขภาพทั่วไป การเข้าถึงแหล่งประโยชน์ของหน่วยงาน และทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันอาการปวดหลังส่วนล่าง สามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมการป้องกันอาการปวดหลังส่วนล่างของผู้ใช้แรงงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมได้ร้อยละ 16.2 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this study were to examine the relationships and predictors between knowledge, attitudes, beliefs, health perception, support from family members, employers, colleagues and doctor/nurse, health information availability, useful resources of organization accessibility, and low back pain prevention behavior, and identify the predictors of such behavior among industrial workers. The theoretical framework was based was Green and Kreuter’s Health Promotion Model. A random sample of 130 workers from Chonburi Industrial Estate participated in this study. The self-reported questionnaires consisted of eight parts: the demographic questionnaire, knowledge, attitudes, beliefs, Thai version of the SF-36V2, the support from family members, employers, colleagues and doctor/nurse, health information availability, useful resources of organization accessibility, as well as low back pain prevention behavior questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Pearson’s product moment coefficient and Stepwise multiple regressions. The major results were as follows: Mean score of low back pain prevention behavior among industrial workers was at the medium level ( x-bar= 21.99, SD = 3.18). Attitude, general health perception, and useful resources of organization accessibility were significantly correlated with low back pain prevention behavior in industrial workers (P < .01) (r = 0.23, 0.28, 0.24 and 0.28, respectively). Furthermore, general health perception, attitude and accessibility were the significant predictors and together accounting for 16.2% of the variance in low back pain |
