| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการสอนของครูพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมการสอนที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ครูพลศึกษาจำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นและแบบสัดส่วนผู้วิจัย ทำการสังเกตการสอนกลุ่มตัวอย่างครูพลศึกษาแต่ละคน ตามสภาพจริงในชั้นเรียน 3 ครั้ง และนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พฤติกรรมการสอนพลศึกษาโดยรวมของครูพลศึกษา ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 1 ด้าน คือ ด้านการมอบงานให้นักเรียนปฏิบัติ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 84.81 แต่ต้องปรับปรุงพฤติกรรมการสอนในเรื่องการมอบหมายงานให้นักเรียนไปปฏิบัติเพิ่มเติมนอกเวลาเรียนครูพลศึกษามีพฤติกรรมการสอนที่ปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก 3 ด้าน เรียงตามลำดับค่าร้อยละจากมากไปหาน้อยได้แก่ 1) ด้านการดำเนินการสอน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 74.02 แต่ต้องปรับปรุงพฤติกรรมการสอนในเรื่องการให้นักเรียนสุขปฏิบัติหลังเรียนวิชาพลศึกษา การแนะนำให้นักเรียนรู้จักระมัดระวังการเล่นที่ก่อให้เกิดอันตราย และการสรุปบทเรียนเพื่อให้นักเรียนได้นำแบบฝึกทักษะไปใช้ให้เป็นประโยชน์ในชีวิตประจำวัน 2) ด้านคุณลักษณะส่วนตัวของครูพลศึกษาคิดเป็นร้อยละ 73.70 แต่ต้องปรับปรุงพฤติกรรมการสอนในเรื่อง การเอาใจใส่ความปลอดภัยของนักเรียน และการรับฟังความคิดเห็นของนักเรียน และ 3) ด้านการเตรียมการสอนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 72.54 แต่ต้องปรับปรุงพฤติกรรมการสอนในเรื่องการเตรียมสื่อการสอน ครูพลศึกษามีพฤติกรรมการสอนที่ปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 1 ด้าน คือ ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 65.92 แต่ต้องปรับปรุงพฤติกรรมการสอนในเรื่องการซักถามความรู้ความเข้าใจในบทเรียน และพฤติกรรมการสอนที่ครูพลศึกษามีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับที่ต้องปรับปรุง 3 ด้าน เรียงตามลำดับค่าร้อยละจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการจูงใจและเสริมแรงทางการเรียนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 47.78 ยกเว้นในเรื่อง การสอนและจัดกิจกรรมอย่างสนุกสนานและท้าทายความสามารถของนักเรียน 2) ด้านการปลูกฝังคุณธรรมจริยธรรม คิดเป็นร้อยละ 32.06 ยกเว้นในเรื่องการสอนให้นักเรียนมีระเบียบวินัย และ 3) ด้านการใช้ทักษะกระบวนการในการสอน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 19.63 ยกเว้นการสอน ขั้นปฏิบัติด้วยความชื่นชม |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study physical education teaching behaviors of physical education teacher at secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education, Bangkok Metropolis. Observation forms developed by the researcher were used for collecting data from thirty physical education teachers selected by startified random sampling and propotion random sampling techniques. Each of them was observed in actual teaching situation of three different occasions by the researcher. The data were then analyzed by means of percentage. Results of the study were as follow:Physical education behaviors of teachers at secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education in Bangkok Metropolis were the practicing assingments for students at the highest level of 84.81 percent, but more practicing assingments after class were needed. Physical education teaching behaviors of teachers at the high level were three praticies as following 1) actual teaching was 74.02 percent, but health practices after class as to advising students to be awared of dangerous playing and summerizing applicable the lessons for daily life were to be improved. 2) personal characteristics of teachers was 73.70 percent, but paying more attention on safety and listening to the student's opinions were to be improved. 3) lesson plan preparation was 72.54 percent, but instruction medias preparation needed to be improved. Physical education teaching behaviors of teachers in practicing were measurement and evaluation at the middle level of 65.92 percent, but understanding the lessons and questions after class were to be improved. The practicing of physical education teaching behaviors had to improve in three areas, 1) motivation and reinforcement were 47.78 percent, excepted teaching and organizing challenged activities. 2) instilling morals and virtues were 32.06 percent, excepted teaching self-disciplined. 3) process skills teaching were 19.63 percent, excepted teaching step of appreciative practicing |
