dc.description.abstract	ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาชีวศึกษา และผู้ประเมินของสถานประกอบการ เกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาวิชาชีพ ตามมาตรฐานการอาชีวศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาชีวศึกษา จำนวน 222 คน และผู้ประเมินของสถานประกอบการ จำนวน 359 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การแจกแจงความถี่ การหาค่าร้อยละ และการใช้สถิติทดสอบ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) โดยภาพรวมแล้วผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความคิดเห็นว่า ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษามีคุณสมบัติตามมาตรฐานการอาชีวศึกษาในระดับมาก ส่วนผู้ประเมินของสถานประกอบการมีความคิดเห็นว่าอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) เมื่อพิจารณาในรายข้อกำหนด 8 ข้อ พบว่า มี 6 ข้อกำหนดที่ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและผู้ประเมินของสถานประกอบการมีความคิดเห็นในระดับเดียวกัน โดยที่มี 4 ข้อกำหนดที่ทั้ง 2 กลุ่มเห็นว่าอยู่ในระดับมากคือ ข้อกำหนดที่ 1.4 ความรู้และทักษะการใช้เทคโนโลยีที่จำเป็นในการศึกษาค้นคว้าและปฏิบัติงานวิชาชีพได้อย่างเหมาะสม ข้อกำหนดที่ 1.5 คุณธรรม จริยธรรม ค่านิยมที่ดีงามในวิชาชีพ การมีบุคลิกภาพที่เหมาะสมและมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี ข้อกำหนดที่ 1.7 ความรู้และทักษะในการหางานทำ การศึกษาต่อและการประกอบอาชีพอิสระ และข้อกำหนดที่ 1.8 คุณลักษณะของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาที่สถานประกอบการหรือหน่วยงานพึงพอใจ ส่วนอีก 2 ข้อกำหนดคือ ข้อกำหนดที่ 1.2 ความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักการด้านคณิตศาสตร์และวิทยาศาสตร์ ให้สามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในงานอาชีพได้ และข้อกำหนดที่ 1.3 ทักษะในการใช้ภาษาสื่อสารได้อย่างถูกต้องเหมาะสมนั้น ทั้ง 2 กลุ่มเห็นว่าอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง แต่ที่เหลืออีก 2 ข้อกำหนด คือ ข้อกำหนดที่ 1.1 ความรู้และทักษะวิชาชีพตามหลักสูตรที่เหมาะสมกับเศรษฐกิจสังคมและเทคโนโลยีที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป และข้อกำหนดที่ 1.6 ความรู้และทักษะตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ และหลักสูตรสำหรับผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา ที่ทั้ง 2 กลุ่มมีความเห็นที่แตกต่างกัน กล่าวคือ กลุ่มผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความเห็นว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก และกลุ่มผู้ประเมินของสถานประกอบการเห็นว่าอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นพบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความคิดเห็นว่าคุณสมบัติตามมาตรฐานของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา อยู่ในระดับที่สูงกว่าที่ผู้ประเมินของสถานประกอบการแสดงความคิดเห็น อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	To study and compare the opinions of vocational school administrators and supervisors in workplaces about the qualifications of graduates according to the vocational school standards. Questionnaires were used to collect the data from 222 vocational school administrators and 359 supervisors in workplaces. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentages, and independent sample t-test. The findings revealed the following: 1. Generally, the vocational school administrators rated that the graduates’qualifications met the vocational school standards at the “high” level while the supervisors in workplaces rated that the graduates’ qualifications met the standards at the “moderate” level. 2. Among the eight indicators concerning graduates’ qualifications in the vocational school standards, six indicators were rated similarly by the administrators and the supervisors. Four indicators were rated at the “high” level. They were: Indicator 1.4 Necessary technological knowledge and skills for effective learning and professional practice, 1.5 Ethics, professional values, and good human relationship, 1. 7 Knowledge and skills for job finding, continuing education, and private business, and Indicator 1.8 Desirable characteristics of graduates for workplaces. The other two indicators were rated at the “moderate” level. They were: Indicator 1.2 Mathematics and science literacy for work applications and Indicator 1.3 Effective communication skills. The two indiators that were rated differently were Indicator 1.1 Professional knowledge and skills appropriate to the changes in economy, society, and technology and Indicator 1.6 Knowledge and skills based on the professional standards and curriculum for graduates. For these two indicators, the administators and the supervisors rated them at the “high” level and the “moderate” level respectively. 3. When comparing the opinions of the vocational school administrators and the supervisors in workplaces, the administrators’ ratings were significantly higher than those of the superviors at 0.05 level.	en
