| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของผู้สอนและผู้ใช้ เกี่ยวกับลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของวิทยาศาสตร์บัณฑิตพยาบาล โดยมีสมมติฐานของการวิจัยว่า ผู้สอนและผู้ใช้มีความคาดหวังเกี่ยวกับลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของวิทยาศาสตร์บัณฑิตพยาบาลแตกต่างกัน ตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ อาจารย์พยาบาล จากสถานศึกษาพยาบาล สังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัยจำนวน 215 คน และหัวหน้าฝ่ายการพยาบาล ผู้ตรวจการพยาบาล และหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย ในโรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัย สังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย จำนวน 239 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่าง อย่างง่ายจากแต่ละแห่ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามซึ่งผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง หาความตรงตามเนื้อหาของแบบสอบถามกับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 10 ท่าน หาความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามตอนที่เกี่ยวกับความคาดหวังของผู้สอนและผู้ใช้ได้ค่า 0.92 มีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้มัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่า t ( t-test ) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้สอนและผู้ใช้มีความคาดหวังเกี่ยวกับลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิตพยาบาลอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก โดยผู้สอนมีความคาดหวังสูงกว่าผู้ใช้ทุกกรณี ในด้านลักษณะทั่วไป และด้านลักษณะเฉพาะในวิชาชีพ ที่เกี่ยวกันลักษณะของการพยาบาล ในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลและเกี่ยวกับจรรยาบรรณ และผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ความคาดหวังของผู้สอนเกี่ยวกับลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของวิทยาศาสตร์บัณฑิตพยาบาล โดยมีส่วนรวมและในรายข้อทั้ง 2 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก ยกเว้นมีความรับผิดชอบในการปฏิบัติงาน ที่อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง. 2. ความคาดหวังของผู้ใช้เกี่ยวกับลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิตพยาบาล โดยส่วนรวมและในรายข้อทั้ง 2 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก. 3. ความคาดหวังของผู้สอน และผู้ใช้เกี่ยวกับลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิตพยาบาล ทั้งโดยส่วนรวมและในรายด้านแตกต่างกัน. 4. ความคาดหวังของผู้สอนและผู้ใช้ เกี่ยวกับลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต พยาบาล เกี่ยวกับลักษณะเฉพาะของการพยาบาลแตกต่างกัน. 5. ความคาดหวังของผู้สอนและผู้ใช้ เกี่ยวกับลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของวิทยาศาสตร์บัณฑิตพยาบาล เกี่ยวกับจรรยาบรรณแตกต่างกัน |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this thesis were to study and compare the instructors’ and consumers’ expectations regarding the desirable characteristics of bachelor of science in nursing graduates. The main research hypothesis to be tested was that there would be a significant difference between the means of the instructors and the consumers concerning the desirable characteristics of the bachelor of science in nursing graduates. The research samples from the Faculty of Nursing, consisted of the 215 instructors and 239 consumers which were the nursing administrators from University. Hospitals The Ministry of University affairs. Simple random sampling technique was employed to select the research subjects. The questionnaire developed by the researcher for this study, was tested for content validity by 10 experts. The reliability of the instrument computed byα– coefficient was 0.92. Statistical procedures used in data analysis were arithmetic means, standard deviation and t-test. The data analysis indicated that the expectations of the instructors and the consumers were in “strongly agree” level in which the former group expected higher than the latter group did in every dimension. Considering the total mean score of the instructors’ expectation and the mean scores of each item in the two dimensions : general characteristics of the graduates and the professional characteristics those scores were in the “strongly agree” level, except the item “having the responsibility in her practice” was in “very strongly agree” level. In addition all of the mean scores which indicated the consumers’ expectations were in the “strongly agree” level. The results of the hypothesis testing were indicated below. 1. There was a significant difference between the total mean scores and the mean scores of the two dimensions : general characteristics of the graduates and the professional characteristics, of the instructors’ and consumers’ expectations. 2. There was a significant difference between the mean scores of the instructors’ and consumers’ expectations regarding specific professional characteristics. 3. There was a significant difference between the mean scores of the instructors’ and consumers’ expectation regarding ethics of nursing. |
