| Abstract: | ศึกษาสมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ผู้ตรวจการพยาบาลนอกเวลาราชการ โรงพยาบาลรัฐ วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยโดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย (Delphi technique) โดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางด้านการบริหารการพยาบาล ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางด้านการศึกษาพยาบาล และผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางด้านการปฏิบัติการพยาบาล จำนวน 24 ท่าน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น จำนวน 3 รอบ รอบที่ 1 เป็นแบบสอบถามปลายเปิด รอบที่ 2 และรอบที่ 3 เป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการคำนวณหาค่ามัธยฐานและพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ คัดเลือกสมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ผู้ตรวจการพยาบาลนอกเวลาราชการ โดยพิจารณาจากค่ามัธยฐานตั้งแต่ระดับมากขึ้นไป (Md มากกว่า 3.50, IR น้อยกว่า 1.50) ระยะเวลาการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ รวมทั้งสิ้น 125 วัน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ สมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ผู้ตรวจการพยาบาลนอกเวลาราชการ โรงพยาบาลรัฐ ที่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความคิดเห็นที่สอดคล้องกัน ประกอบด้วยสมรรถนะหลัก 6 ด้านคือ1) ด้านการบริหารจัดการ 2) ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์และการสื่อสาร 3) ด้านการนิเทศ 4) ด้านการแก้ปัญหาและการตัดสินใจ 5) ด้านความเป็นนักวิชาการเชิงคลินิก และ 6) ด้านการควบคุม รักษาคุณภาพและจริยธรรม สมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ผู้ตรวจการพยาบาลนอกเวลาราชการ โรงพยาบาลรัฐ ทั้ง 6 ด้าน ประกอบด้วยสมรรถนะรายข้อย่อย 79 รายการ เป็นสมรรถนะที่มีความจำเป็นในระดับมากที่สุด 62 รายการ และมีความจำเป็นในระดับมาก 17 รายการ |
| Other Abstract: | To study the desirable competencies of unofficial-time nurse supervisor, governmental hospitals by using delphi technique. Twenty-four experts of nursing administrators, nurse educators and experienced unofficial-time nurse supervisors were interviewed. Data were collected for 3 rounds by the researcher. The instrument used in the first round was an open ended form, but for the 2nd and 3rd round were a closed-ended form (rating scale). The data were analyzed by using median and interquatile range. The items were selected based on median more than 3.50; interquatile range less than 1.50. The total time for data collection was about 125 days. Major results were as follows: Desirable competencies of unofficial-time nurse supervisor, governmental hospitals consisted of 6 competencies which were 1) Administration and management, 2) Human relation and communication, 3) Supervision, 4) Problem solving and decision-making, 5) Clinical academic practice, 6) Control, Maintenance quality and ethics. There were 79 unofficial-time nurse supervisor competencies, 62 had the highest score, and 17 has high score. |
