dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา การจัดรายการโทรทัศน์ของรัฐและของแต่ละสถานี มีการกำหนดหรือไม่ ถ้ามี ๆ อย่างไรและวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดรายการโทรทัศน์ได้เสนอรายการโทรทัศน์เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์หรือไม่ ทำให้ผู้ชมได้รับผลต่าง ๆ เป็นไปตามที่รัฐได้กำหนดวัตถุประสงค์หรือไม่ ผู้ชมให้ความสนใจในการเลือกชมประเภทรายการโทรทัศน์แตกต่างกันหรือไม่ มีความคิดเห็นอย่างไร ต่อคุณภาพรายการโทรทัศน์ในปัจจุบัน ตลอดจนการศึกษาผลกระทบที่ผู้ชมได้รับจากรายการโทรทัศน์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามสำหรับกลุ่มประชากรเป็นผู้ชมรายการโทรทัศน์ ทั้งในภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนในหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ จำนวน 283 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า วัตถุประสงค์ที่รัฐกำหนดจะให้ความสำคัญในด้านการเมือง การปกครอง และวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดรายการโทรทัศน์ของแต่ละสถานี จะมีความสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ที่กำหนดโดยรัฐ นอกจากนี้การดำเนินงานของสถานีโทรทัศน์ในการจัดรายการโทรทัศน์ จะมิได้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ของสถานีทั้งหมด ผลที่ได้รับตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่รัฐกำหนด จะได้รับมากหรือน้อย จะแตกต่างกันตามตัวแปร เพศ วัย ระดับการศึกษา และสถานภาพทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคม แต่ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันในภูมิลำเนา ความสนใจในการเลือกชมประเภทรายการโทรทัศน์ จะแตกต่างกันตามตัวแปร เพศ วัย สถานภาพทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคม และภูมิลำเนา แต่ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันในระดับการศึกษา ความคิดเห็นต่อคุณภาพรายการโทรทัศน์จะแตกต่างกันตามตัวแปร ระดับการศึกษา และภูมิลำเนา แต่ไม่มีความแตกต่างใน เพศ วัย และสภาพทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคม ผลกระทบจากรายการโทรทัศน์ ด้านสุขภาพ จะได้รับแตกต่างกันตามตัวแปร ระดับการศึกษาสถานภาพทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคม แต่ไม่แตกต่างกันในเพศ วัย และภูมิลำเนา / ด้านความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันในตัวแปร เพศ วัย ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคม และภูมิลำเนา / ด้านการเมือง การปกครอง จะแตกต่างกันตามตัวแปร วัย ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคม แต่ไม่แตกต่างกันในเพศ และภูมิลำเนา / ด้านเศรษฐกิจ จะได้รับแตกต่างกันตามตัวแปร ระดับการศึกษา และสถานภาพทางเศรษฐกิจ และสังคม แต่ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันในตัวแปร เพศ วัย และภูมิลำเนา / ด้านวัฒนธรรมจะไม่มีความแตกต่างกันตามตัวแปร เพศ วัย ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคมและภูมิลำเนา	-
dc.description.abstractalternative	This research is aimed to investigate whether there is a certain objective arrangement of television programs by the Government as well as by each television station. If so, in what manner and whether it is agreeable to the regular presentation by each station, whether it has a positive impacts on T.V. viewers, accordingly. It will further investigate the viewers’ varied interests in and their opinion on quality of such programs. Finally, real impacts on the viewers will be studied. The instrument for data collection is primarily a set of questionnaires. Population of this study consists of 283 T.V. viewers who are in both public and private sectors. Percentagization will be a primary tool for statistical analysis. It is found that the government puts an emphasis on political and governmental aspects and each station’s objectives are fundamentally agreeable to them. However, the regular presentation is not thoroughly so. Impacts on the viewers as intended by the Government are varied by sex, age, educational level, and socio-economic status, but are not so by residence. The choice of program is related to sex, age, socio-economic status, and residence, but unrelated to educational level. Opinions on the quality of the programs is related to educational level and residence, but unrelated to sex, age and socio-economic status. Impacts on health of the viewers is significantly related to educational level, socio-economic status, but unrelated to sex, age and residence. No relationship is found on social relations by sex, age educational level, socio-economic status and residence. As to political and governmental impacts some relations is found by age, educational level, socio-economic status, but found unrelated by sex and residence. Economic impact is found on educational level, socio-economic status, but not so by sex, age and residence. No relation is found in cultural impact by the studied variables, however.	-
