| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อติดตามผลผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรม หลักสูตรโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ เพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์ ของโรงเรียนการประชาสัมพันธ์ กรมประชาสัมพันธ์ 1.กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้จากผู้ที่ผ่านการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ เพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์ ของโรงเรียนการประชาสัมพันธ์ กรมประชาสัมพันธ์ ประกอบด้วยข้าราชการ เจ้าหน้าที่รัฐวิสาหกิจ ผู้รับผิดชอบงานด้านโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ และการประชาสัมพันธ์ของหน่วยงานนั้นๆ ทั้ง 13 รุ่น จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 209 คน 2. เครื่องมือในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมโสตทัศนูปกรณ์เพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์ที่เกี่ยวกับ สถานภาพการผลิต ปัญหาการใช้โสตทัศนูปกรณ์เพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์ จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 336 ชุด โดยส่งทางไปรษณีย์และนำส่งด้วยตนเอง ไปยังกลุ่มประชากรซึ่งส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร และมีอยู่ต่างจังหวัดเป็นส่วนน้อย ได้รับแบบสอบถามที่สมบูรณ์กลับคืนมาทั้งสิ้น 209 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 62.2 หลังจากนั้นนำแบบสอบถามมาวิเคราะห์หาค่าทางสถิติด้วยการคิดค่าร้อยละของจำนวนผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามแต่ละข้อ ผลการวิจัย 1. ผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมส่วนใหญ่ยังมีปัญหาในเรื่องของการผลิตสื่อ และการใช้โสตทัศนูปกรณ์ เพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์อันสืบเนื่องมาจากขาดการสนับสนุนด้านงบประมาณและบุคลากร 2. ผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นว่า การให้ข่าวและบทความแก่หนังสือพิมพ์มีความสำคัญมากต่อการใช้โสตทัศนูปกรณ์เพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์ แต่ยังมีปัญหา โดยไม่ได้รับความร่วมมือจากหนังสือพิมพ์เท่าที่ควร 3. ผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมส่วนใหญ่ต้องการให้เพิ่มชั่วโมงการสอนของเนื้อหาแต่ละวิชาโดยเพิ่มภาคปฏิบัติให้มากกว่าภาคทฤษฏี 4. ผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมส่วนใหญ่มีความประสงค์ที่จะขยายเวลาของการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรโสตทัศนูปกรณ์เพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์ จากเดิมที่มีระยะเวลาเพียง 8 สัปดาห์ โดยเพิ่มเป็น 12 สัปดาห์ |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to follow-up the study of participants in an Audio-Visual for Public Relations Training Course of the School of Public Relations, Public Relations Department. 1. The subjects were 209 participants of Audio-Visual for Public Relations Training Courses of the School of Public Relations, class one to class thirteen. Public Relations Department. The group consisted of government officials, officials from state enterprises and those who are responsible for audio-visual aids and for public relations in their offices. 2. Materials used in the research were questionnaires of opinion of participants in an Audio-Visual for Public Relations Training Course concerning production condition and problem of utilizing audio-visual aids in public relations. 336 sets of questionnaires were sent by post and by hand to people who lived in Bangkok and a few in provinces. 209 sets of questionnaires were sent back equivalent to 62.2%. Then these questionnaires were analysed statistically by percentage. Results : 1. Most participants in an Audio-Visual for Public Relations Training Course still had problems in producing audio-visual aids and utilizing them for public relations purposes due to the shortage of budget and personnel. 2. Most participants in the Training Course think that providing news and articles to the press were very important to utilizing audio-visual aids for public relations. But cooperation from the press was still inadequate. 3. Most participants in the Training Course wished to have time extension in practical lessons more than theory lessons. 4. Most participants in the Training Course wished to have time extension in class from only 8 weeks to 12 week. |
