| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบระดับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของการบริหารจัดการโปรแกรมภาษาอังกฤษในโรงเรียนสองภาษาที่มีสังกัดและอายุของโปรแกรมภาษาอังกฤษแตกต่าง 2) พัฒนาโมเดลเชิงสาเหตุของการเปลี่ยนแปลงของการบริหารจัดการโปรแกรมภาษาอังกฤษในโรงเรียนสองภาษา และ 3) ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยโรงเรียนสองภาษา จำนวน 183 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนหรือหัวหน้าโปรแกรมภาษาอังกฤษ ตัวแปรในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยตัวแปรภายนอกแฝง 2 ตัวแปร คือ คุณลักษณะของโรงเรียน และคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหาร และตัวแปรภายในแฝง 3 ตัวแปร คือ การจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์ การเปลี่ยนแปลงของการบริหารจัดการโปรแกรมภาษาอังกฤษ และการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผลผลิต ตัวแปรสังเกตได้มี 15 ตัวแปร วิธีการเก็บข้อมูลใช้การสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติบรรยาย การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนสองทาง การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน การวิเคราะห์โมเดลลิสเรล และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ระดับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของการบริหารจัดการโปรแกรมภาษาอังกฤษมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ระหว่างโรงเรียนที่มีสังกัดแตกต่างกัน แต่ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ระหว่างโรงเรียนที่มีอายุของโปรแกรมภาษาอังกฤษแตกต่างกัน 2. โมเดลเชิงสาเหตุประกอบด้วยตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของการบริหารจัดการโปรแกรมภาษาอังกฤษและมีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผลผลิต เรียงลำดับได้ดังนี้ การจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์ คุณลักษณะของโรงเรียน และคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหาร 3. โมเดลเชิงสาเหตุของการเปลี่ยนแปลงของการบริหารจัดการโปรแกรมภาษาอังกฤษในโรงเรียนสองภาษามีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยให้ค่าไค-สแควร์ (Chi-square) เท่ากับ 47.808 องศาอิสระเท่ากับ 57 ที่ระดับความน่าจะเป็นเท่ากับ 0.802 มีค่า GFI เท่ากับ 0.966 ค่า AGFI เท่ากับ 0.929 และค่า RMR เท่ากับ 0.027 ตัวแปรในโมเดลสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของการเปลี่ยนแปลงของการบริหารจัดการโปรแกรมภาษาอังกฤษได้ร้อยละ 81.90 |
| Other Abstract: | The objectives of the research were 1) to study and to compare the level of change of English Program management in bilingual schools under different school authorities and the English Program age, 2) to develop the causal model of the change of English Program management in bilingual schools, and 3) to examine the consistency of the model with empirical data. The research sample consisted of 183 bilingual schools. The data were collected from school directors or head of English Program. The research variables consisted of 2 external latent variables and 3 internal variables. They were the characteristics of school, the characteristics of administrator, the strategic management, the change of English Program management, and the change of outputs. They were 15 observe variables. The data were collected by interview and questionnaires. The data analysis were done by employing descriptive statistics, two-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, LISREL analysis and content analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1. They were a significant different at .05 level between schools under different authorities, however they were no significant different between schools with different age of English Program. 2. The causal model consists of variables having direct effects on the change of English Program management and indirect effects on the change of outputs. They are consecutively order as follows: the strategic management, the characteristics of school, and the characteristics of administrator. 3. The causal model of the change of English Program management in bilingual schools fitted to the empirical data by given Chi- square goodness of fit test was 47.808, df = 57, p=0.802, GFI = 0.966, AGFI = 0.929 and RMR = 0.027 The model was able to account for 81.90% of variance in the change of English Program management. |
