| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาพลักษณ์ของหญิงระยะตั้งครรภ์ ตามการรับรู้ของตนเองและสามี เปรียบเทียบภาพลักษณ์ของหญิงระยะตั้งครรภ์ ตามการรับรู้ของตนเองและสามีในแต่ละกลุ่มของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ ซึ่งแบ่งตามอายุครรภ์ ประสบการณ์การตั้งครรภ์ จำนวนครั้งของการตั้งครรภ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากร คือ หญิงตั้งครรภ์และสามีจำนวน 180 คู่ โดยหญิงตั้งครรภ์มารับบริการฝากครรภ์ในโรงพยาบาลที่มีจำนวนเตียงตั้งแต่ 500 เตียงขึ้นไป ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ทั้งหมด 9 โรงพยาบาล เลือกมา 4 โรงพยาบาล โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย ส่วนการเลือกตัวอย่างประชากรใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบสุ่มตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าที่ผู้วิจัยที่มีผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง มี 2 ชุด ชุดที่ 1 สำหรับหญิงตั้งครรภ์ และชุดที่ 2 สำหรับสามี แล้วนำไปหาความตรงตามเนื้อหา หาค่าอำนาจจำแนกของแบบสอบถามแต่ละข้อ ด้วยวิธีการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) หาค่าความเที่ยงโดยใช้วิธีหาสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา ได้ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามทั้งหมดเท่ากับ 0.92 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ ในการคำนวณค่าร้อยละ คะแนนเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการเปรียบเทียบภาพลักษณ์ของหญิงระยะตั้งครรภ์ เป็นรายข้อตามการรับรู้ของตนเองและสามีเป็นคู่ ๆ ใช้การทดสอบค่าที (t-test dependent) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1.คะแนนเฉลี่ยของภาพลักษณ์ของหญิงระยะตั้งครรภ์ ตามการรับรู้ของตนเองเป็นไปทางบวกในระดับน้อยและระดับเป็นกลาง 2. คะแนนเฉลี่ยของภาพลักษณ์ของหญิงระยะตั้งครรภ์ ตามการรับรู้ของสามีเป็นไปทางบวกในระดับมาก และระดับเป็นกลาง 3. เปรียบเทียบภาพลักษณ์ของหญิงระยะตั้งครรภ์ ตามการรับรู้ของตนเองและสามีในแต่ละกลุ่มของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ ซึ่งแบ่งตามอายุครรภ์ ประสบการณ์การตั้งครรภ์และจำนวนครั้งของการตั้งครรภ์ พิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ มีผลการวิจัยโดยสรุปดังนี้ 3.1 ภาพลักษณ์ของหญิงที่มีอายุครรภ์ในระยะที่ 1, 2 และ 3 ตามการรับรู้ของตนเองและสามี ไม่มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 มี 18 ข้อ 25 ข้อ และ 23 ข้อ ตามลำดับ จากจำนวน 35 ข้อ 3.2 ภาพลักษณ์ของหญิงที่มีอายุครรภ์ในระยะที่ 1, 2 และ 3 ตามการรับรู้ของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่มีประสบการณ์การตั้งครรภ์ปกติและสามีไม่มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 มี 19 ข้อ 25 ข้อ และ 27 ข้อ ตามลำดับจากจำนวน 35 ข้อ 3.3 ภาพลักษณ์ของหญิงที่มีอายุครรภ์ในระยะที่ 1, 2 และ 3 ตามการรับรู้ของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่มีประสบการณ์การตั้งครรภ์ไม่ปกติ และสามีไม่มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 มี 27 ข้อ 23 ข้อ และ 24 ข้อ ตามลำดับ จากจำนวน 35 ข้อ 3.4 ภาพลักษณ์ของหญิงที่มีอายุครรภ์ในระยะที่ 1, 2 และ 3 ตามการรับรู้ของหญิงครรภ์แรกและสามีไม่มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 มี 22 ข้อ 32 ข้อ และ 21 ข้อ ตามลำดับ จากจำนวน 35 ข้อ 3.5ภาพลักษณ์ของหญิงที่มีอายุครรภ์ในระยะที่ 1, 2 และ 3 ตามการรับรู้ของหญิงครรภ์หลังและสามีไม่มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 มี 23 ข้อ 21 ข้อ และ 27 ข้อ ตามลำดับ จากจำนวน 35 ข้อ |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study the body image during pregnancy as perceived by pregnant women and their husbands and to compare such body image in each group of pregnant women who were classified by gestational age, experience in pregnancy and the number of pregnancy. The samples were consisted of 180 couples selected from antenatal clinic of 4 hospitals in Bangkok by the simple random sampling technique and using the identified criteria. The questionnaire, developed by the researcher, was used for data collection. The content validity of the questionnaire was done. In addition, the instrument was tested for the discrimination power by the t-test technique and estimation of reliability by the coefficient. Its reliability was 0.92. The data were analyzed by using various statistical methods which are percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and t-test for the comparison between couples. The Major Finding: 1.The mean of overall body image during pregnancy as perceived by themselves were positive at lower level and the neutral one. 2. The means of body image during pregnancy as perceived by their husbands were the positive at high or low level and the neutral one. 3. A comparison of body image during pregnancy as perceived by pregnant women and their husbands in each group who were classified by gestational age, experience in pregnancy and the number of pregnancy. The results were the followings. 3.1 Body image during the first, second and third trimesters as perceived by pregnant women and their husbands were not significant different at the 0.5 level in 18 items, 25 items and 23 items from 35 items, consequently. 3.2 Body image during the first, second and third trimesters as perceived by pregnant women who have normal experience in pregnancy and their husbands were not significant different at the 0.5 level in items 19 items, 25 items and 27 items from 35 items, consequently. 3.3 Body image during the first, second and third trimesters as perceived by pregnant women who have abnormal experience in pregnancy and their husbands were not significant different at the 0.5 level in 27 items, 23 items and 24 items from 35 items, consequently. 3.4 Body image during the first, second and third trimesters as perceived by the women who had their first pregnancy and their husbands were not significant different at the 0.5 level in 22 items, 32 items and 21 items from 35 items, consequently 3.5 Body image during the first, second and third trimesters as perceived by pregnant woman who had been deliveries at least on child and their husbands were not significant different at the 0.5 level in 23 items, 21 items and 27 items from 35 items, consequently. |
