| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการวิจัยขอบเขตหน้าที่และเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของครูประถมศึกษา ซึ่งแผนกวิชาประถมศึกษาเป็นเจ้าของโครงการ ผู้วิจัยมีหน้าที่ทดลองใช้แบบจำลองขอบเขตหน้าที่และเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของครูประถมศึกษา ณ วิทยาลัยครูเพชรบุรี เพื่อสำรวจความมั่นใจในการปฏิบัติงานครูเกี่ยวกับขอบเขตหน้าที่และเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของครูประถมศึกษา วิธีการดำเนินการค้นคว้าและวิจัย 1. ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาเอกสารและผลงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับขอบเขตหน้าที่และเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของครูประถมศึกษา ซึ่งคณะผู้วิจัย แผนกวิชาประถมศึกษา สร้างขึ้น นำมาเป็นพื้นฐานในการสร้างแบบจำลอง 2. นำแบบจำลองนี้ไปสร้างเป็นแบบสำรวจความมั่นใจในการปฏิบัติงานครู จำนวน 131 ข้อ โดยครอบคลุมเนื้อหา 4 หมวดคือ หมวด ก. ความรู้ของครู (ความรู้วิชาสามัญ และความรู้วิชาครู) หมวด ข. ทักษะในการสอนของครู หมวด ค. ทัศนคติของครู หมวด ง. หน้าที่และงานของครู 3. นำแบบสำรวจความมั่นใจไปสำรวจความมั่นใจของครูประถมศึกษาที่มีวุฒิประกาศนียบัตรวิชาการศึกษาชั้นสูง หรือปริญญาตรีทางการศึกษา ซึ่งทำการสอนอยู่ตามอำเภอต่าง ๆ 6 อำเภอ ในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี จำนวน 58 คน นำมาวิเคราะห์หารายการที่ครูมีความมั่นใจน้อย และจัดอบรม 4. หลังการอบรมให้ครูที่เข้ารับการอบรมกรอกแบบสำรวจอีกครั้งหนึ่ง 5. นำข้อมูลก่อนและหลังการอบรม มาวิเคราะห์โดยคำนวณหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเปรียบเทียบคะแนนความมั่นใจเฉลี่ยก่อนและหลังการอบรม โดยทดสอบค่า Z (z – test) ผลการวิจัย โดยเฉลี่ยแล้วคะแนนความมั่นใจของครูเกี่ยวกับรายการทั้ง 4 หมวด คือ ความรู้ของครู ทักษะในการสอนของครู ทัศนคติของครู หน้าที่และงานของครู ของครูผู้เข้ารับการอบรมก่อนและหลังการอบรมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 และระดับอื่นที่ต่ำกว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยของความมั่นใจของครูทุกหมวดหลังการอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการอบรม |
| Other Abstract: | Purpose This thesis is a part of the field action research Project Element (c)(d) : Task Analysis and Criterion Profiles of Teaching at the Primary Level, which the writer is assigned as a research assistant to the project. The mentioned project is done by research staffs from the Department of Elementary Education, Faculty of Education with the UNICEF financial support. The purposes of this study are as follows : 1. To survey teachers’ confidence in performing their work concerning task and criterion profiles for elementary school teachers. 2. To compare teachers’ confidence in performing their work before and after in-service training. Procedures 1. The questionnaire was constructed to evaluate General Education and Professional Education, Technical skills of Teaching, Attitudes and Values and Job Description. 2. The questionnaire was used for surveying the confidence of fifty-eight elementary school Teachers in performing their work before and after the in-service training. 3. The obtained data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation and Z – test. The conclusion were presented in tables with explanation. Findings 1. The results of the Z – test analysis were significantly different at the .01 level and at the other lower level. The teachers, on the average, gained more confidence in General and Professional Education, Technical Skills of Teaching, Attitudes and Values and job Description after the in-service training. 2. The hypothesis was tested and finally accepted. |
