dc.description.abstractศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความต้องการและการปฏิบัติจริงในการฝึกปฏิบัติด้านการงานและพื้นฐานอาชีพของนักเรียน โดยมีตัวอย่างประชากร คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดปทุมธานี ปีการศึกษา 2526 จำนวน 772 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ที่ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างขึ้นโดยผ่านการตรวจสอบจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 ท่าน เมื่อได้ข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม นำมาหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และหาค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน รวมทั้งทดสอบค่าที เพื่อทราบความแตกต่างระหว่างความต้องการและการปฏิบัติจริงในการฝึกปฏิบัติงานต่างๆ ในกลุ่มการงานและพื้นฐานอาชีพ ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์นำมาประกอบการสรุป อภิปรายผลการวิจัยและเสนอแนะ ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลปรากฏว่า นักเรียนที่ตอบแบบสอบถามมีอายุ 12 และ 13 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 82.5 บิดา มารดา และผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนส่วนใหญ่ประกอบอาชีพรับจ้างและเกษตรกรรม ในอนาคตนักเรียนต้องการประกอบอาชีพรับราชการมากที่สุด คือ ร้อยละ 46.5 รองลงมา คือ ต้องการประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรม ร้อยละ 18 สำหรับงานในกลุ่มการงานและพื้นฐานอาชีพที่นักเรียนสนใจมากที่สุด คือ งานประดิษฐ์ รองลงมา คือ งานเกษตร ในด้านความต้องการและการปฏิบัติจริงในการฝึกปฏิบัติด้านการงานและพื้นฐานอาชีพนั้น ผลปรากฏว่านักเรียนมีความต้องการในการฝึกปฏิบัติสูงกว่าการได้ปฏิบัติจริง ความต้องการและการปฏิบัติจริงแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ผลจากการสัมภาษณ์นักเรียนประมาณ 100 คน ครูและผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 24 คน ปรากฏว่านักเรียนมีความคิดที่ดีต่อการเรียนการสอนกลุ่มการงานและพื้นฐานอาชีพ หากแต่ทางโรงเรียนไม่สามารถจัดกิจกรรมให้ตอบสนองความต้องการของนักเรียนอย่างเต็มที่ ทั้งนี้เนื่องมาจากปัญหาและอุปสรรคหลายประการ เช่น การขาดแคลนครูที่มีความถนัดเฉพาะงาน คุณภาพของแปลงทดลอง เรือนเพาะชำ โรงฝึกงาน ฯลฯ ไม่ดีเท่าที่ควร การขาดแคลนงบประมาณ และขาดการประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนเข้าใจจุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตรประถมศึกษาพุทธศักราช 2521 โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มการงานและพื้นฐานอาชีพ ทำให้ผู้ปกครองไม่สนับสนุนให้นักเรียนเรียนงานต่างๆ ในกลุ่มการงานและพื้นฐานอาชีพ และไม่ให้ความร่วมมือในการติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานของนักเรียนเท่าที่ควร-
dc.description.abstractalternativeTo compare the needs and the actual practice in work-oriented training of Prathom Suksa Six students in primary school under Pathum Thani Officer of the Provincal Primary Education. The samples were 772 students in the academic year 1983. The instruments used in this study were the questionnaire and the interview, constructed by the researcher herself and checked by 9 experts.The obtained data were analysed by means of percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test to find the differences between the needs and the actual practice in work-oriented training. The obtained data from the interview were used to elaborate the results of this study and for recommendations. The findings indicated that 82.5 per cent of the students who answered the questionnaire was between the age of 12 and 13. Most of their parents were labourers and farmers, 46.5 per cent of the students wanted to be government officials and 18 per cent want to be farmers. The subjects most interested by the-students were crafts and agriculturee The study revealed that the students’ needs on practice were significantly higher than the actual, practice at the .01 level. The interview of 100 students and 24 teachers and school administrators showed that the students had good attitudes towards, the work-oriented training, but the school could not provide adequate activites to serve their needs due to various problems such as the lack of qualified teachers in specialized fields I improper experimental plot, greenhouse and. Workshop; insufficient budget;, and poor public relations to familiarize the students’ parents to the objectives of the elementary education curriculum B.E. 2521, especially in the work-oriented training, resulted in a passive cooperation of the students' parents both in lending support to the students' learning and in following-up the students work.-
