| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาตัวแปรที่ดีที่สุดที่ใช้ทำนายสัมฤทธิผลของนิสิตพลศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย, คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ และมหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ พลศึกษา ชั้นปีที่ 1, 2, 3 และ 4 ปีการศึกษา2521 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นิสิตพลศึกษาจากสถาบันดังกล่าว ทั้ง 4 ชั้นปีรวมทั้งสิ้น 320 คน เป็นนิสิตพลศึกษาชาย 240 คน หญิง 80 คน ตัวแปรที่ใช้เป็นตัวทำนาย คือ คะแนนทดสอบสมรรถภาพซึ่งรวบรวมจาก มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ พลศึกษา คะแนนสอบเข้ามหาวิทยาลัยรวบรวมจากทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย และคะแนนบุคลิกภาพด้านความต้องการ 15 ด้าน ซึ่งได้เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบวัดบุคลิกภาพอีพีพีเอส (EPP) การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเพิ่มตัวแปรเป็นขั้น ๆ (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ ตัวแปรที่ดีที่สุดที่ใช้ทำนายสัมฤทธิ์ผลทางการเรียนของนิสิตพลศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ชั้นปที่ 1 คือบุคลิกภาพด้านความต้องการมีอำนาจเหนือผู้อื่น, ชั้นปีที่ 2 คือบุคลิกภาพด้านความต้องการช่วยเหลือผู้อื่นม ชั้นปีที่ 3 คือ บุคลิกภาพด้านความต้องการขอความช่วยเหลือ และคะแนนทดสอบสมรรถภาพ, ชั้นปีที่ 4 คือบุคลิกภาพด้านความต้องการมีอำนาจเหนือผู้อื่น, ชั้นปีที่ 1-3 ทั้งหมด คือบุคลิกภาพด้านความต้องการเป็นระเบียบ ความต้องการขอความช่วยเหลือ และความต้องการแสดงออก, ชั้นปีที่ 1-3 เฉพาะหญิงไม่มีตัวแปรใดใช้ทำนายได้ และชั้นปีที่ 1-3 เฉพาะชายก็ไม่มีตัวแปรใดใช้ทำนายได้เช่นกัน ตัวแปรที่ดีที่สุดที่ใช้ทำนายสัมฤทธิผลทางการเรียนของนิสิตพลศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 1 คือบุคลิกภาพด้านความต้องการปกครองตนเอง ชั้นปีที่ 2 คือคะแนนทดสอบสมรรถภาพ บุคลิกภาพด้านความต้องการแสดงออก และความต้องการมีอำนาจเหนือผู้อื่น, ชั้นปีที่ 3 ไม่มีตัวแปรใดใช้ทำนายได้, ชั้นปีที่ 4 คือบุคลิกภาพด้านความต้องการมีอำนาจเหนือผู้อื่น, ชั้นปีที่1-3 ทั้งหมด คือคะแนนสอบเข้ามหาวิทยาลัย และบุคลิกภาพด้านความต้องการปกครองตนเอง ชั้นปีที่ 1-3 เฉพาะหญิง คือบุคลิกภาพด้านความต้องการเข้าใจตนเองและผู้อื่น, และชั้นปีที่ 1-3 เฉพาะชาย คือคะแนนสอบเข้ามหาวิทยาลัย และบุคลิกภาพด้านความต้องการมีอำนาจเหนือผู้อื่น ตัวแปรที่ดีที่สุดที่ใช้ทำนายสัมฤทธิผลทางการเรียนของนิสิตพลศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ พลศึกษา ชั้นปีที่ 1 คือคะแนนสอบเข้ามหาวิทยาลัย,ชั้นปีที่ 2 คือบุคลิกภาพด้านความต้องการคบเพื่อนต่างเพศ และความต้องการมีอำนาจเหนือผู้อื่น, ชั้นปีที่ 1-3 ทั้งหมด คือคะแนนสอบเข้ามหาวิทยาลัย และบุคลิกภาพด้านความต้องการก้าวร้าว, ชั้นปีที่ 1-3 เฉพาะหญิง คือบุคลิกภาพด้านความต้องการคบเพื่อนต่างเพศ, และชั้นปีที่ 1-3 เฉพาะชาย คือบุคลิกภาพด้านความต้องการก้าวร้าว |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the best variables for predicting achievement of the first, second, third and fourth year undergraduate physical education students of three universities: Chulalongkorn University, Kasetsart University and Srinakharinvirot University Palasuksa, in the academic year 1978. The sample consisted of 320 students: 240 males and 80 females. The variables used as predictors were the Physical fitness score collected from the Srinakharinvirot University Palasuksa, the Entrance Examination score from the Office of University Affairs and the fifteen Personality needs score measured by the Edwards Personal Preference Schedule (EPPS). The stepwise multiple regression analysis was used for data analysis The results were as follows: The best variables for predicting achievement of Chulalongkorn University students were: for the first year, Dominance; for the second year, Nurturance; for the third year, Succorance and Physical fitness score; for the fourth year, Dominance; for the first, second and third year combined, Succorance and Exhibition. There were no best variables for predicting achievement for neither male nor female first, second and third year students combined. The best variables for predicting achievement of Kasetsart University students were: for the first year, Autonomy; for the second year, Physical fitness score, Exhibition and Dominance; for the third year, none; for fourth year, Dominance; for the first, second and third year combined, Entrance Examination score and Autonomy; for the first, second and third year female students combined, Interception; for the first, second and third year male students combined, Entrance Examination score and Dominance. The best variables for predicting achievement of Srinakharinvirot University Palasuksa students were: for the first year, Entrance Examination score; for the second year, Heterosexuality and Dominance; for the third year, Aggresion; for the fourth year, Interception; for the first, second and third year combined, Entrance Examination score and Aggression; for the first, second and third year female students combined, Heterosexuality; for the first, second and third year male students combined, Aggression. |
