dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความชุกของพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องของพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน จำนวน 427 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมและลักษณะการสูบบุหรี่ แบบสอบถามการวัดระดับการติดสารนิโคติน (Fagerstrom Test for Nicotine Dependence) และแบบวัดความเครียดสวนปรุง (Suanprung Stress Test : SPST-20) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรม SPSS for Windows สถิติที่ใช้คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ไค-สแควร์ t-test สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และสถิติถดถอย แบบโลจิสติค ผลการศึกษาพบว่า พนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบินมีความชุกของพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ร้อยละ 39.1 ในจำนวนนี้เป็นชนิดไม่ติดสารนิโคติน 124 คน หรือร้อยละ 29.3 และชนิดติดสารนิโคตินปานกลางถึงสูงและสูงมาก จำนวน 43 คน หรือร้อยละ 10.1 ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติได้แก่ อายุ เพศ (ชาย) ระดับการศึกษา ความเพียงพอของรายได้ ความถี่ของการใช้ยานอนหลับ การลาป่วย ปริมาณการดื่มเครื่องดื่มคาเฟอีนต่อวัน การดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ และความถี่ในการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ อย่างไรก็ตามไม่พบว่าความเครียดมีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ ปัจจัยที่สามารถใช้พยากรณ์พฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ ของพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบินได้ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ คือ เพศ(ชาย) ระดับการศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี และการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกฮอล์ และในกลุ่มที่สูบบุหรี่ ปัจจัยที่สามารถใช้พยากรณ์พฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่แบบติดสารนิโคตินของพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบินได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติคือ ปริมาณที่สูบบุหรี่ต่อวัน และการมีบุคคลในครอบครัวสูบบุหรี่
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this descriptive research were to study prevalence of smoking behavior and related factors among cabin attendants. The amount of the subjects were 427. Data were collected by using Self Report Questionnaire, Behavior and Characteristic in Smoking Behavior Questionnaire, Fagerstrom Test for Nicotine Dependence and Suanprung Stress Test : (SPST-20). Statistical analysis was done by using SPSS for Windows. The data were analyzed for percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi-square t-test, Pearson’s Movement Correlation Coefficiency and Logistic Regression Analysis. The results were revealed that the prevalence of smoking behavior among the cabin attendants was 39.1 percent. The non-addicted samplings of 124 had the prevalence of 29.03 percent and the addicted samplings of 43 had the prevalence of 10.1 percent. Factors related to smoking behavior were age, male gender, education level, adequate income, frequency of sleeping pills consumption, sick leave, frequency of caffeine consumption per day, alcoholic consumption, and frequency of alcoholic consumption. However, stress level had no correlation with smoking behavior. The factors that predicted smoking behavior were male gender; education level below Bachelor degree and alcoholic consumption and the factors that predicted nicotine dependence among the smoking group were the quantity of cigarette smoking per day and the family member who smoked.
