dc.description.abstract	ศึกษาการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตของบรรณารักษ์บริการตอบคำถามและช่วยการค้นคว้า ในห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัย ในด้านวัตถุประสงค์ วิธีการเข้าถึง แหล่งสารนิเทศ ประเภทของการบริการ ความถี่ ระยะเวลาที่ใช้และรูปแบบของผลการสืบค้น ศึกษาปัญหาในการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต ของบรรณารักษ์บริการตอบคำถามและช่วยการค้นคว้า ในห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัย การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามส่งไปยังบรรณารักษ์ผู้ปฏิบัติงานหลัก ในงานบริการตอบคำถามและช่วยการค้นคว้าในห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัย จำนวน 48 แห่ง รวมทั้งสิ้น 100 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมา 91 ชุด (ร้อยละ 91.00) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า บรรณารักษ์ส่วนใหญ่ใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อตอบคำถามผู้ใช้บริการ และใช้เพื่อสืบค้นสารนิเทศให้กับผู้ใช้บริการ มีวิธีการเข้าถึงสารนิเทศบนอิเทอร์เน็ตด้วยการใช้โปรแกรมค้นหา แหล่งสารนิเทศที่บรรณารักษ์ส่วนใหญ่ใช้คือ แห่ลงสารนิเทศประเภทสถาบันการศึกษา บริการที่ใช้คือบริการเวิลด์ไวด์เว็บและบริการไปรษณีย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ บรรณารักษ์ส่วนใหญ่ใช้อินเทอร์เน็ต 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์ ระยะเวลาที่บรรณารักษ์ส่วนใหญ่ใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตต่อวันมีค่าพิสัยระหว่าง 3-420 นาที และรูปแบบของผลการสืบค้น ที่บรรณารักษ์ส่วนใหญ่ได้รับเป็นตัวชี้แหล่งข้อมูลบนอินเทอร์เน็ต ปัญหาในการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตที่บรรณารักษ์ประสบในระดับมากคือ การใช้เวลามากในการคัดเลือกสารนิเทศบนอินเทอร์เน็ต ให้ตรงกับความต้องการของผู้ใช้	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	To investigatge Internet use by reference librarians in university libraries, in terms of, purposes of use, methods of access, information sources, types of service, frequency of use, duration of use, types of search results ; and To study the problems encountered by reference librarians in university bilraries in using Internet. This study was a survey research in which data was collected from questionnaires distributed to 100 reference librarians working in 48 university libraries. There were 91 questionnaires returned (91.00%). The results indicates that most reference librarians use the Internet to answer reference questions and searching information for users. They access Internet via search engines; information sources mostly used are academic institutions (.ac/.edu); services on Internet mostly used are World Wide Web (WWW) and electronic mail. Most librarians use Internet 5 days a week and the duration of use per day ranges from 3 to 420 minutes. Type of search result received by the majority of reference librarians is Universal Resource Locator-URL. The problem encountered by reference librarians at high level is using so much time in selecting Internet information appropriate for users' needs.	en
