dc.description.abstractการวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อสร้างแบบสำรวจบุคลิกภาพทหารและตำรวจ แบบสำรวจที่สร้างขึ้นประกอบด้วยข้อความที่วัดบุคลิกภาพ 25 ลักษณะ ๆ ละ 4 ข้อ รวมทั้งสิ้น 100 ข้อ แบบสำรวจฉบับนี้มีความตรงตามประจักษ์ ซึ่งได้จากการตัดสินจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ความตรงตามโครงสร้าง ซึ่งได้จากการวิเคราะห์จำแนกบุคลิกภาพของแต่ละเหล่า และมีความเที่ยงแบบความคงที่ภายในเป็น 0.7857 แบบสำรวจนี้โดยเฉลี่ยแล้วสามารถจำแนกบุคคลได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 และมีความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานในการวัดเป็น 10.5088 โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนแต่ละข้อระหว่าง 1.8126 - 4.3748 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานอยู่ระหว่าง 0.7615 – 2.8038 ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างข้อความของแบบสำรวจแต่ละข้อกับผลรวมของข้อความ 4 ข้อที่ใช้วัดในแต่ละบุคลิกภาพ มีค่าอยู่ระหว่าง .2915 - .7123 ซึ่งเป็นค่าที่มีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .001 ในการวิเคราะห์คุณภาพในการจำแนกบุคลิกภาพของแต่ละเหล่า โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์จำแนกประเภท ปรากฏว่า ได้สมการที่จำแนกบุคลิกภาพของทหารและตำรวจแต่ละเหล่าได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .001 ซึ่งประกอบด้วยบุคลิกภาพ 7 ลักษณะที่มีส่วนสำคัญในการจำแนกเหล่า-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe main purpose of this study was to construct a personality inventory for military and police officers. It consisted of 100 items covering 25 personality traits; 4 items were constructed to measure each trait. The face validity of this inventory was judged by 6 experts; and the internal consistency reliability was 0.7857. The discriminating power of this inventory was significant at .01 and the mean score of each item were 1.8126-4.3748 , the standard deviation were 0.7615-2.8038 and the standard error of measurement was 10.5088. The Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient between each item and the sun of 4 items measuring the same trait were .2915-.7123 which were significant at .001. This inventory could discriminate 4 known groups of military and police significantly at .001.-
