| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อสำรวจปัญหาในการใช้หลักสูตรมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ฉบับพุทธศักราช 2518 ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 4 วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามสำหรับบุคลากรที่มีส่วนในการใช้หลักสูตรดังกล่าว ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้าสายวิชา อาจารย์ผู้สอนและเจ้าหน้าต่าง ๆ ในโรงเรียน ซึ่งได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่แนะแนว เจ้าหน้าที่ทะเบียน เจ้าหน้าที่วัดผลการศึกษาและเจ้าหน้าที่ห้องสมุด บุคลากรเหล่านี้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อยู่ในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ในเขตการศึกษา 4 จำนวน 9 โรงเรียน ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนจากผู้ตอบจำนวน 213 คน หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 89.87 ของแบบสอบถามที่ส่งไปทั้งหมด แบบสอบถามดังกล่าวมี 14 ชุด แต่ละชุดประกอบด้วยแบบตรวจสอบ และมาตราประมาณค่า การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สัดส่วน ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (x̅) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D)ผลของการวิจัย ข้อมูลจากการศึกษาครั้งนี้สรุปได้ว่าการประกาศใช้หลักสูตรใหม่อย่างรวดเร็วทำให้เกิดปัญหามากมาย สรุปเป็นปัญหาในด้านต่าง ๆ ดังต่อไปนี้ คือ บุคลากร ขาดบุคลากร ซึ่งได้แก่ (1) อาจารย์ผู้สอนในทุกหมวดวิชา โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในหมวดวิชาศิลปศึกษา พลานามัย และสังคมศึกษา (2) บุคลากรไม่ได้รับการอบรมเกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรใหม่ อาจารย์ผู้สอนร้อยละ 66.00 ผู้บริหารร้อยละ 21.43 หัวหน้าสายวิชาร้อยละ 35.59 และเจ้าหน้าที่ต่าง ๆ ยกเว้นเจ้าหน้าที่วัดผลร้อยละ 38.46 ไม่เคยเข้ารับการอบรมเลย (3) อาจารย์ผู้สอนในทุกหมวดวิชามีปัญหาในการเขียนจุดมุ่งหมายเชิงพฤติกรรมในการสอน วัสดุอุปกรณ์และสถานที่ มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับความไม่เพียงพอของ (1) ห้องพิเศษสำหรับทำกิจกรรมและสนาม ในหมวดวิชาพลานามัยและวิชาชีพหรือศิลปปฏิบัติ (2) วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็นในการสอน (3) แบบฟอร์มและวัสดุอื่นที่ใช้ในงานทะเบียน และ (4) แบบเรียนและหนังสืออ่านประกอบสำหรับห้องสมุด เอกสารหลักสูตร มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการชาดแคลน (1) หลักสูตรและคู่มือหลักสูตร (2) แบบเรียน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในหมวดวิชาพลานามัย ภาษาอังกฤษวิชาชีพหรือศิลปปฏิบัติและวิทยาศาสตร์ (3) หนังสืออ่านประกอบในทุกหมวดวิชาและ (4) คู่มือในการประเมินผลการสอน เนื้อหาวิชา การบรรจุเนื้อหาวิชามากเกินไป ก่อให้เกิดปัญหาดังนื้คือ (1) การสอนเพื่อให้ครอบคลุมเนื้อหาทั้งหมด ( 2 ) ความไม่เพียงพอของเวลาสำหรับนักเรียนที่จะศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเอง นอกจากนั้นยังมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการปรับเนื้อหาในบางหมวดวิชา เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับ ( 1 ) สภาพชุมชน ( 2 ) ความสนใจของนักเรียนในหมวดวิชาชีพ และ ( 3 ) สภาพในชีวิตประจำวันของผู้เรียนในหมวดวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ และสังคมศึกษา การประเมินผล มีปัญหามากใน ( 1 ) การประเมินผลให้ครบทั้ง 4 ทักษะ ในหมวดวิชาภาษาไทย และภาษาอังกฤษ ( 2 ) ความชัดแจ้งของระเบียบการประเมินผล และ ( 3 ) ความเหมาะสมในการให้ระดับคะแนน งบประมาณ ปัญหาการขาดแคลนงบประมาณ ปรากฏในทุก ๆ ด้านของการนำหลักสูตรใหม่ไปใช้ |
| Other Abstract: | Purpose of the study The intent of this study was to survey the problems of 2518 B.E. Upper Secondary School Curriculum implementation in Educational Region 4 Procedures A questionnaire was administered to the personnel working in 9 schools under the auspice of the Department of General Education, Ministry of Education. They were administrators, heads of subject areas, classroom instructors and the four categories of staff, namely, counselors, registrars, evaluators, and librarians. The questionnaires were returned from 213 respondents ( 89.87 percent of all the copies sent ) .The questionnaire comprised of 14 sets for different groups of personnel. Each set was divided into two main sections: check list and rating scale. The data were analyzed using proportion, percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation. Findings The data from this study revealed that the abrupt enforcement of this new curriculum brought about a multitudes of problems. Personnel : Shortage of ( 1 ) instructors in all subject areas particularly in Art, Physical Education and Social Studies; (2) lack of exposure to any orientation program concerning: 66.00 percent among the instructors, 21.43,35.59 and 38.46 among administrators, heads of subject areas and the four categories of staff (except evaluators) receptively; (3) instructors in all subject areas indicated the problem of writing behavioral objectives. Facilities : Inadequacy of (1) special rooms for activities and playgrounds in the subject areas of Physical Education, English and Applied Art; (2) necessary instructional facilities; (3) registration forms and materials and (4) books and external readings for the libraries. Curriculum Materials : Lack of (1) curriculum and curriculum guides; (2) textbooks, especially in the subject areas of Social Studies, English, Applied Art and Science; (3) supplementary reading in all areas and (4) guides for instructional evaluation. Curriculum contents : Excessive contents generated the problems of (1) instruction for complete coverage; (2) inadequate time for students to conduct independent studies; (3) scheduling to accommodate all the subjects being offered. Failure in tailoring the content to meet (1) local conditions in some subject areas; (2) students’ interest in vocational subject area and (3) daily life situations of the learners in the subject areas of English and Social Studies. Evaluation : Problems of (1) complete evaluation in the four skills in Thai and English ;(2) clearity of evaluative rules and regulation and (3) grading. Budget : Lack of financial resources in all phases of curriculum implementation. |
