| Abstract: | ปัญหาในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้คือ มีปัจจัยอะไรบ้างที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกประกอบอาชีพส่วนตัวของนิสิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โดยมีสมมุติฐาน ดังนี้ 1. อาชีพบิดา มารดา น่าจะมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความต้องการประกอบอาชีพส่วนตัว 2. รายได้บิดา มารดา น่าจะมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความต้องการประกอบอาชีพส่วนตัว 3. สาขาวิชาเรียน น่าจะมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความต้องการประกอบอาชีพส่วนตัว 4. ผลตอบแทนทางเศรษฐกิจ น่าจะมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความต้องการประกอบอาชีพส่วนตัว 5. ความต้องการประกอบอาชีพส่วนตัวน่าจะมีดวามสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความต้องการความสำเร็จสูง 6. ความต้องการประกอบอาชีพส่วนตัวน่าจะมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับลักษณะกล้าเสี่ยงสูง ข้อมูลสำหรับการทดสอบสมมุติฐานได้จากแบบสอบถามนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 4 จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์, คณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์และคณะศิลปกรรม, คณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี และคณะรัฐศาสตร์ จำนวน 391 คน ผลปรากฏว่าเป็นไปตามสมมุติฐาน 4 ข้อ คือ 1, 3, 4, 6 และ ไม่สามารถยืนยันตามสมมุติฐานได้ 2 ข้อคือข้อ 2, 5 ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้สามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในงานพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะในเชิงปฏิบัติการ, เชิงวิจัย และจุดอ่อนในการทำวิจัย พร้อมทั้งจุดที่น่าสนใจ ศึกษาเพิ่มเติมเพื่อให้ได้ข้อเท็จจริง เพิ่มมากขึ้น |
| Other Abstract: | The research problem for this study is to determine the factors influencing chulalongkorn university student’s occupational choices framed by 6 theoretically derived and previous research work checked hypotheses namely: 1. Parental occupations are positively correlated with students’ occupational choice 2. Parental incomes are positively correlated with students’ occupational choice 3. Students’ field of study is positively correlated with students’ occupational choice 4. Economic returns are positively correlated with students’ occupational choice 5. Students’ high achievement needs are positively correlated with students’ occupational choices 6. Students’ high risk personality is positively correlated with students’ occupational choices Based on data collected from 391 senior students of five Chulalongkorn University’s faculties - Political Science, Engineering, Commerce and Accountancy, Architecture and Fine and applied Arts, the testimony of hypotheses was done and resulted in confirmation of four (1, 3, 4, 6) and refusal of two (2 and 5) of such items. Although the findings of the study evince valuable information to be applied in the field of socio - economic development of the country, the research has some draw - backs, practically and academically, consequently further work needs to be pursued to obtain even fuller and better facts |
