dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารฝ่ายวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ ตามความคาดหวังของผู้บริหาร ครูอาจารย์และศึกษานิเทศก์ในเขตการศึกษา 6 โดยได้แบ่งเป็น 2 ลักษณะคือ ลักษณะเฉพาะตัวและลักษณะด้านวิชาชีพ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้บริหาร ครูอาจารย์และศึกษานิเทศก์ คาดหวังเกี่ยวกับลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารฝ่ายวิชาการ ในลักษณะเฉพาะตัว โดยส่วนรวมอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วย และเมื่อเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยรวมแล้ว มีจำนวน 3 ข้อ อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง คือ 1. ซื่อสัตย์ สุจริต และยุติธรรมในการปฏิบัติงาน 2. ใช้วาจาสุภาพ เหมาะสมกับบุคลทุกระดับ 3. มีระเบียบวินัยและความรับผิดชอบในหน้าที่การงานสูง ส่วนความคาดหวังที่อยู่ในระดับไม่แน่ใจมีข้อเดียวคือ มีวัยวุฒิสูงเมื่อเทียบกับครูอาจารย์ในฝ่าย สำหรับลักษณะด้านวิชาชีพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างแสดงความคาดหวังอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วย โดยมีข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมสูงสุด จำนวน 3 ข้อ คือ 1. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระเบียบว่าด้วยการวัดผลและประเมินผลการเรียน ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นและตอนปลายเป็นอย่างดี 2. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในแผนการเรียนและจุดประสงค์การเรียนรู้ตามหลักสูตรมัธยมศึกษาอย่างแท้จริง 3. มีความรู้ความสามารถในการจัดทำตารางสอนและการจัดครูเข้าสอน ส่วนความคาดหวังที่อยู่ในระดับไม่แน่ใจมีข้อเดียว คือมีวุฒิปริญญาโททางการศึกษาขึ้นไป การเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เกี่ยกวับลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์แต่ละลักษณะคือลักษณะเฉพาะตัวและลักษณะด้านวิชาชีพ ปรากฏว่า ผู้บริหารและศึกษานิเทศก์ มีความคาดหวังแตกต่างกันกับครูอาจารย์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 ส่วนผู้บริหารกับศึกษานิเทศก์ มีความคาดหวังไม่แตกต่างกัน-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThis research was to study and compare the desirable characteristics of academic assistant administrators in large secondary schools as expected by administrators, teachers and supervisors in Educational Region Six in two characteristics; personal characteristics and professional ones. It was found that administrators, teachers and supervisors expected concerning : the desirable personal characteristics of academic assistant administrators were totally in the agree level and when the total means were ordered, there were three items in the quite-agreed level; 1. To perform job with faith and justice. 2. To speak politely and suitably. 3. To perform job with high discipline and responsibility. There was only one item in the not sure level; senior when compare with teachers in the department. For professional characteristics, the samples expected totally in the agree level. There were three highest means items; 1. To know and understand about regulation concerning measurement and evaluation of the secondary education very well. 2. To know and understand about learning programs and learning objectives of the secondary education curriculum clearly. 3. To know and be able in teaching scheduling and teacher selection. There was only one item in the not sure level; the graduate degree qualification. According to the comparison of the samples concerning the desirable characteristics; the expectation of administrators and supervisors were significantly different from teachers' at the .05 level, but the expectation of administrators was not significantly different from the supervisors.-
