dc.description.abstractการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการสร้างความรู้ร่วมกันด้วยกระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ โดย ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์สนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการเรียนรู้เป็นทีมของบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนวิชาการ สถาบันอุดมศึกษา เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนาโดยมีการดำเนินการวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษา รูปแบบการสร้างความรู้ร่วมกัน เป็นการศึกษา วิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องตลอดจนศึกษาสภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนวิชาการและสัมภาษณ์ความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับองค์ประกอบและขั้นตอนของ รูปแบบการสร้างความรู้ร่วมกัน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 สร้างรูปแบบการสร้างความรู้ร่วมกัน ขั้นตอนที 3 ทดลองและศึกษาผลการ ใช้รูปแบบการสร้างความรู้ร่วมกัน และขั้นตอนที่ 4 รับรองและนำเสนอรูปแบบการสร้างความรู้ร่วมกันที่พัฒนาขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยเป็นบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนวิชาการ ที่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ที่คณะรัฐศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ จำนวน 20 คน ใช้เวลาดำเนินกิจกรรม 12 สัปดาห์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน แบบประเมินทักษะการเรียนรู้เป็นทีม แบบสังเกตการมีส่วนร่วม แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นและแบบประเมินคุณภาพรายงานวิจัย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t-test dependent ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. รูปแบบการสร้างความรู้ร่วมกันที่พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) ทีม 2) กระบวน การวิจัย 3) คอมพิวเตอร์สนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน 4) การแบ่งปันความรู้ และ 5) การประเมินผล ขั้นตอนการสร้างความรู้ร่วมกัน 9 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) เตรียมความพร้อม 2) ตั้งทีมวิจัย 3) กำหนดประเด็นปัญหาวิจัยและแบ่งปันประสบการณ์ 4) วางแผนการวิจัย อภิปรายร่วมกัน 5) เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล 6) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล 7) สะท้อนผลการปฏิบัติงาน 8) ผสานความรู้เพื่อสร้างความรู้ใหม่ และ 9) นำเสนอรายงานวิจัยและประเมินผล 2. กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีทักษะการเรียนรู้เป็นทีมหลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 และกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็นว่ารูปแบบการสร้างความรู้ร่วมกันด้วยกระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ โดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์สนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการเรียนรู้เป็นทีมของบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนวิชาการสถาบันอุดมศึกษา มีความเหมาะสมมากen_US
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this research is to develop a collaborative knowledge creation model using an action research approach with Computer- Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) for enhancing team learning skills of academic supporting members in higher education institutions. The research and development (R&D) process comprise of four steps: Step 1) study, analyze and synthesize related documents and interview the experts for the opinions concerning components and steps of collaborative knowledge creation model; Step 2) create a prototype of collaborative knowledge creation model; Step 3) try out and validate a prototype of collaborative knowledge creation model; and, Step 4) assure and propose the collaborative knowledge creation model. The sample group consists of 20 academic supporting members from the Faculty of Political Science, Thammasat University who proceed the activities for 12 weeks. The instruments used in this research consist of a Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning application program, team learning skills evaluation forms, observation forms, opinion questionnaires and research report evaluation forms. The quantitative statistics used in this study are frequency distributions, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test dependent. The research results indicate that: 1. The developed model is composed of five components: 1) team; 2) research process; 3) Computer- Supported Collaborative Learning; 4) knowledge sharing and; and, 5) evaluation. The processes of collaborative knowledge creation model consist of nine steps: 1) preparation; 2) research team formation; 3) problem defining and knowledge sharing; 4) planning and group discussion; 5) data collection; 6) data analysis; 7) reflection on action; 8) combination and creation of new knowledge; and, 9) data presentation and evaluation. 2. There are significant differences between pretest and posttest team learning skills at the .05 level. The samples perceive that the collaborative knowledge creation model was appropriate at a high level.en_US
