| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) วิเคราะห์ระดับการจัดการความรู้ของคณาจารย์คณะ ครุศาสตร์/ศึกษาศาสตร์ในมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ (2) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยในระดับบุคคล ระดับภาควิชา และระดับมหาวิทยาลัย ที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการความรู้ของคณาจารย์คณะครุศาสตร์/ศึกษาศาสตร์ในมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ คณาจารย์คณะครุศาสตร์/ศึกษาศาสตร์ในมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ จำนวน 48 สถาบัน รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 1,205 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามการจัดการความรู้ของคณาจารย์คณะครุศาสตร์/ศึกษาศาสตร์ในมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ ใช้การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยพหุระดับ 3 ระดับ ได้แก่ ระดับบุคคล ระดับภาควิชา และระดับมหาวิทยาลัย ด้วยโปรแกรมเอชแอลเอ็ม สรุปผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญได้ดังนี้ 1) ผลการวิเคราะห์ระดับการจัดการความรู้ของคณาจารย์คณะครุศาสตร์/ศึกษาศาสตร์ในมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ พบว่า อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) ผลการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการความรู้ของคณาจารย์คณะครุศาสตร์/ศึกษาศาสตร์ในมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ ตัวแปรที่มีนัยสำคัญในระดับบุคคลได้แก่ ความตระหนักในคุณค่าของการจัดการความรู้ ระดับภาควิชา ได้แก่ การจัดเวทีลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ และการสื่อสารกับบุคลากรทุกฝ่าย และระดับมหาวิทยาลัย ได้แก่ ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารด้านการจัดการความรู้ 3) ตัวแปรอิสระทุกระดับสามารถร่วมกันทำนายระดับการจัดการความรู้ของคณาจารย์คณะครุศาสตร์/ศึกษาศาสตร์ในมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ ได้ร้อยละ 37.92 โดยตัวแปรระดับบุคคล ระดับภาควิชา และระดับมหาวิทยาลัย สามารถทำนายได้ร้อยละ 22.98 14.67 และ 0.27 ตามลำดับ | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were (1) to analyze the knowledge management level of instructors in faculty of education in public universities and (2) to analyze the factors on the person level, department level and university level affecting the knowledge management of instructors in faculty of education in public universities. The research sample comprised 1,205 instructors faculty of education in from 48 public universities. Data was collected through questionnaire concerning knowledge management of instructors in faculty of education in public universities. HLM program was used to analyze multilevel 3 level consisted person level, department level and university level. The major results were as follows: 1) The knowledge management level of instructors in faculty of education in public universities was at the middle level. 2) Factors significantly affecting the knowledge management of instructors in faculty of education in public universities. Consisted of the person level was awareness of knowledge managements, the department level were provision center for sharing knowledge and communication to persons of all group and university level was knowledge management leadership by executives. 3) All independent variables could explain the variance of the knowledge management level of instructors in faculty of education in public universities about 37.92 percent. Variable of person level, department level and university level could explain at about 22.98, 14.67 and 0.27 percent. | en_US |
