| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ตัวประกอบสมรรถนะและตัวแปรที่อธิบายลักษณะตัวประกอบสำคัญของสมรรถนะพยาบาลทารกแรกเกิดระยะวิกฤต กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในหอผู้ป่วยทารกแรกเกิดระยะวิกฤต 5 ปี ขึ้นไปในโรงพยาบาลของรัฐ ระดับตติยภูมิ จำนวน 344 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่พัฒนาจาก 2 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) การทบทวนวรรณกรรม และ 2) จากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและหาความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือ โดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .989 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ใช้การวิเคราะห์ตัวประกอบ สกัดตัวประกอบด้วยวิธีเงา (Image factoring) หมุนแกนตัวประกอบแบบออโธโกนอล (Orthogonal) ด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์ (Varimax) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ตัวประกอบสมรรถนะพยาบาลทารกแรกเกิดระยะวิกฤต มีทั้งหมด 7 ตัวประกอบ อธิบายด้วย 100 ตัวแปร มีค่าความแปรปรวนรวมคิดเป็นร้อยละ 58.311 โดยมีตัวประกอบดังต่อไปนี้ 1) ตัวประกอบที่ 1 สมรรถนะด้านการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลทารกแรกเกิดระยะวิกฤตในภาวะฉุกเฉิน สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้มากที่สุด คือ ร้อยละ 16.558 มีตัวแปรที่อธิบายตัวประกอบ 35 ตัวแปร 2) ตัวประกอบที่ 2 สมรรถนะด้านการเตรียมความพร้อมของครอบครัวเพื่อการดูแลทารกอย่างต่อเนื่อง สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 14.628 มีตัวแปรที่อธิบายตัวประกอบ 29 ตัวแปร 3) ตัวประกอบที่ 3 สมรถนะด้านการใช้หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ในการดูแลทารกแรกเกิดระยะวิกฤต สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ ร้อยละ 9.044 มีตัวแปรที่อธิบายตัวประกอบ 10 ตัวแปร 4) ตัวประกอบที่ 4 สมรรถนะด้านการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมและป้องกันการติดเชื้อ สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ ร้อยละ 6.320 มีตัวแปรที่อธิบายตัวประกอบ 10 ตัวแปร 5) ตัวประกอบที่ 5 สมรรถนะด้านการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการทางด้านร่างกายและการเรียนรู้ของทารก สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 4.834 มีตัวแปรที่อธิบายตัวประกอบ 8 ตัวแปร 6) ตัวประกอบที่ 6 สมรรถนะด้านการดูแลอุณหภูมิกายทารกแรกเกิดระยะวิกฤตสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 4.399 มีตัวแปรที่อธิบายตัวประกอบ 5 ตัวแปร และตัวประกอบที่ 7 สมรรถนะด้านคุณลักษณะพยาบาลทารกแรกเกิดระยะวิกฤต สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวน คิดเป็นร้อยละ2.528 มีตัวแปรที่อธิบายตัวประกอบ 3 ตัวแปร |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to explore the competency of neonatal intensive care nurses and the variables which described those major factors. The participants were 344 professional nurses who had at least 5 years experience in neonatal intensive care units. The questionnaire was developed by the researcher in two phases: 1) an integrative literature review of neonatal intensive care nurse competency, 2) in-depth interviews and content analysis from experts in the area of neonatal intensive care units. The reliability of the questions was .989 based on Cronbach’s alpha coefficient method. The data was analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and image factoring extraction and Orthogonal rotation with Varimax method. The research findings were as follows: There were 7 significant factors that determine the competency of neonatal intensive care nurses that were identified by 100 items accounting for 58.311% of variances: 1) Neonatal intensive care nursing practice in emergency situations was identified by 35 items accounting for 16.558% 2) Family preparation for continuing neonatal care was identified by 29 items accounting for 14.628% 3) Using evidence based nursing in neonatal intensive care was indentified by 7 items accounting for 9.004% 4) Environmental management and infection control was identified by 10 items accounting for 6.320% 5) Promoting growth and development of neonate was identified by 8 items accounting for 4.834% 6) Thermoregulation of neonatal crisis was identified by 5 items accounting for 4.399% and 7) Neonatal intensive care nurse characteristic was identified by 3 items accounting for 2.528%. |
