| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพบัณฑิตของโรงเรียนนายเรืออากาศตามการรับรู้ของอาจารย์โรงเรียนนายเรืออากาศและผู้บังคับบัญชาของบัณฑิต เปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ของอาจารย์โรงเรียนนายเรืออากาศกับผู้บังคับบัญชาของบัณฑิต เปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ของอาจารย์จำแนกตามเพศและวุฒิการศึกษา เปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ของผู้บังคับบัญชาจำแนกตามชั้นยศ อายุ ระยะเวลาการทำงาน และเสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาคุณภาพบัณฑิตโรงเรียนนายเรืออากาศ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า อาจารย์โรงเรียนนายเรืออากาศรับรู้คุณภาพบัณฑิตของโรงเรียนนายเรืออากาศน้อยกว่าการรับรู้ของผู้บังคับบัญชาบัณฑิตในทุกด้าน ได้แก่ คุณภาพด้านความเป็นทหาร คุณภาพด้านความรู้ ความสามารถ คุณภาพด้านการทำงาน คุณภาพด้านคุณธรรม และคุณภาพด้านคุณภาพชีวิต เมื่อเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้คุณภาพแต่ละด้าน พบว่า คุณภาพด้านความเป็นทหารและคุณภาพด้านความรู้ความสามารถ อาจารย์และผู้บังคับบัญชารับรู้คุณภาพด้านดังกล่าวแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .01 คุณภาพด้านการทำงานและด้านคุณธรรม อาจารย์และผู้บังคับบัญชารับรู้แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .001 และด้านคุณภาพชีวิต อาจารย์และผู้บังคับบัญชารับรู้แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ .05 อย่างไรก็ตามการรับรู้คุณภาพทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (X̅= 3.50-4.49)ตามเกณฑ์ของ Best W. John สำหรับแนวทางในการพัฒนาคุณภาพบัณฑิตของโรงเรียนนายเรืออากาศ ควรสอดแทรกความเป็นจริงในชีวิตการทำงานและสังคมนอกโรงเรียนเข้าไว้ในการเรียนการสอน ควรให้นักเรียนนายเรืออากาศได้มีส่วนในการคิดรู้จักการวางแผน มองการณ์ไกล และควรเปิดโอกาสให้นักเรียนได้เป็นผู้ริเริ่มกิจกรรมด้านคุณธรรมตามความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนโดยมีอาจารย์หรือนายทหารคอยดูแลให้คำปรึกษาและช่วยเหลือเพื่อเป็นการส่งเสริมคุณภาพที่ดีอยู่แล้วให้ดียิ่งขึ้น |
| Other Abstract: | The proposes of this research were to study the quality of the Royal Thai Air Force Academy graduates as perceived by their instructors and their commanders, to compare the perceptions of the instructors as classified by sexes and qualifications, to compare the perceptions of the commanders as classified by ranks ages and working experiences, and to propose guidelines to develop the qualities of the Royal Thai Air Force Academy graduates. The result of the research revealed that the quality as perceived by the instructors was less than the commanders in all aspects. Five aspects, of the quality were : Military quality, knowledge and ability quality, working quality, Moral quality and life quality. To compare the perception between the instructors and the commanders, both had different perception on military quality, knowledge and ability quality. Their different perception was statistically significant at .01. The working and moral quality were perceived statistically significant at .001. And the life quality was perceived statistically significant at .05 by both the instructors and the commanders. However the average of quality perception was at good level (X̅ = 3.50-4.49) which based on Best W.John’s standardization. The proposed guidelines for graduates quality development were to reflect working and social life reality in the teaching procedure. Students should have participation in planning and having opportunities to create moral activities with their instructors’ and commanders’ assistance in order to improve the good status of quality to be better. |
