Abstract:	งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาความร่วมมือในการขนส่งสินค้าด้วยรถบรรทุกที่ตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ว่าจ้างและผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง เพื่อพัฒนาระดับความสัมพันธ์ให้ใกล้ชิดมากขึ้น ด้วยเชื่อว่าความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างกันนี้จะนำไปสู่ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานที่ดีขึ้น การศึกษานี้เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกบริษัทกรณีศึกษาที่มีการทำงานร่วมกันอยู่ในปัจจุบัน ผลที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ทำให้ทราบถึง ปัจจัยขับเคลื่อน (Driver) ในการพัฒนาความร่วมมือ ปัจจัยสนับสนุน (Facilitations) การพัฒนาความร่วมมือให้ประสบความสำเร็จ อุปสรรค (Barriers) ต่อการพัฒนาความร่วมมือ และมุมมองต่อการพัฒนาความร่วมมือ จากนั้นนำข้อมูลที่ได้ไปพัฒนาแบบสอบถามเพื่อเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ว่าจ้างและผู้ให้บริการขนส่งที่เลือกมาอย่างละ 50 บริษัท ผลที่ได้จากการศึกษาได้นำปัจจัยขับเคลื่อนของผู้ว่าจ้างคือ การลดต้นทุนในการขนส่งสินค้า ปัจจัยขับเคลื่อนของผู้ให้บริการขนส่งคือ การเพิ่มระดับการให้บริการ ปัจจัยสนับสนุนของผู้ว่าจ้างและผู้ให้บริการขนส่งที่มีความคิดเห็นตรงกัน คือ บุคคลากรของผู้ให้บริการขนส่งที่มีศักยภาพและพร้อมที่จะทำงานร่วมกัน ร่วมกับอุปสรรคต่อการพัฒนาความร่วมมือของผู้ว่าจ้าง คือ ความคิดในการทำงานแบบเดิมที่ไม่อยากเปลี่ยนแปลงองค์กร และอุปสรรคของผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง คือ ขาดบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ความสามารถ มานำเสนอเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาความร่วมมือโดยแสดงแผนผังความต้องการของผู้ว่าจ้างและผู้ให้บริการขนส่งที่ช่วยในการตัดสินใจพัฒนาความร่วมมือระหว่างกัน และนำเสนอการทำกิจกรรม การแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล การติดต่อประสานงาน การวางแผนและควบคุมการทำงานร่วมกัน การแบ่งปันความเสี่ยงและผลประโยชน์ และการแบ่งปันทรัพยากรและความชำนาญ
Other Abstract:	This research aims to propose guidelines for the development of collaboration in truck transportation of goods, that meet the goals of shippers and carriers because it is believed that good relationship can lead to better performance. This study collected data by first doing in-depth interviews from the case study companies that have been working together and then, based on the interviews, a questionnaire was constructed to collect data from a larger sample groups. The results of in-depth interviews revealed the major drivers, facilitators, and barriers of building the collaboration as well as the collaboration perspective, which were used in the questionnaires of surveying process in 50 firm selected samples. The study found that the driver for shippers to enter collaborations is reduced transportation cost and the driver for carrier is improved customer service. The facilitating factor for shipper and carrier is carrier’s employee capability. The barrier for shipper is the lack of knowledge of supply chain collaboration and the barrier for carrier is the lack of employee capability. The guidelines for developing collaboration that reflects the goals of shipper and carrier include using the decision-support tool and collaborative activities that can lead to development of relationship between the shippers and carriers in order to improve the performance.
