dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบปัญหาและความต้องการในการจัดดำเนินงานโครงการสุขภาพในโรงเรียนตามการับรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่อยู่ในเขตและนอกเขตเทศบาลหรือสุขาภิบาล สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ เขตการศึกษา 9 ผู้วิจัยนำแบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นไปใช้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรซึ่งได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา จำนวน 509 คน แยกเป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาซึ่งอยู่ในเขตเทศบาลหรือสุขาภิบาล จำนวน 151 คน และผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาซึ่งอยู่นอกเขตเทศบาลหรือสุขาภิบาลจำนวน 358 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมา จำนวน 475 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 93.32 แล้วนำข้อมูลมาหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและทดสอบความแตกต่างด้วยค่า “ที” ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา โดยส่วนรวมมีปัญหาและความต้องการในการจัดดำเนินงานโครงการสุขภาพในโรงเรียนรวมหมดทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ยกเว้นผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่อยู่ในเขตเทศบาลหรือสุขาภิบาลมีปัญหาด้านการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมทางสุขภาพในโรงเรียนอยู่ในระดับน้อย และผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่อยู่นอกเขตเทศบาลหรือสุขาภิบาลมีความต้องการในด้านการจัดบริการสุขภาพในโรงเรียนอยู่ในเขตระดับมาก 2. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่อยู่ในเขตและนอกเขตเทศบาลหรือสุขาภิบาลมีปัญหาการจัดดำเนินงานโครงการสุขภาพในโรงเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 หมดทั้ง 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมทางสุขภาพในโรงเรียน ด้านการจัดบริการสุขภาพในโรงเรียน ด้านการเรียนการสอนกลุ่มสร้างเสริมประสบการณ์ชีวิตด้านสุขภาพ และด้านการบริหารโครงการสุขภาพในโรงเรียน รวมทั้งมีความต้องการในการจัดดำเนินงานโครงการสุขภาพในโรงเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดการบริการสุขภาพในโรงเรียน ด้านการเรียนการสอนกลุ่มสร้างเสริมประสบการณ์ชีวิตด้านสุขภาพ และด้านการบริหารโครงการสุขภาพในโรงเรียน โดยผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่อยู่นอกเขตเทศบาลหรือสุขาภิบาลมีปัญหาและความต้องการในการจัดดำเนินงานโครงการสุขภาพในโรงเรียนดังกล่าวมากกว่าผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่อยู่ในเขตเทศบาลหรือสุขาภิบาลen_US
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of research were to study and to compare the problems and needs in the administration of school health program as perceived by the elementary school administrators in urban and rural areas under the jurisdiction of the office of the National Primary Education Commission, Education Region Nine. The constructed questionnaires were distributed to 509 elementary school administrators, 151 from urban areas and 358 from rural areas. The number of returned questionnaires was 475, accounted for 93.32 percent. The data collected were analyzied by mean of percentage, arithmetic means, standard deviation, and ‘t-test’. In was found that : 1. The problems and needs in the administration of school health program in all aspects as perceived by the total elementary school administrators were in moderate level, except the problems of school health environment by the administrators in urban areas were in slight level, whereas the needs of school health services by the administrators in rural areas were in high level. 2. The school administrators in urban area possessed more problems than those in rural area in significantly statistical difference at the .05 level of the total four aspects which were the aspects of school health environment, school health services, learning-teaching in life experiences with regard to health, and administration of school health program. They also possessed the needs in the three aspects of school health services, learning-teaching in life experiences with regard to health, and administration of school health program by the school administrators in rural area possessing more problems than those in urban area in significantly statistical difference at the .05 level.en_US
