dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อการศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบบทบาทที่คาดหวัง และบทบาทที่เป็นจริง ของศึกษาธิการอำเภอในการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ในทัศนะของนายอำเภอ ศึกษาธิการอำเภอ และหัวหน้าการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ ในเขตการศึกษา 6 ผู้วิจัยใช้แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่า ร้อยละ , S.D. และเปรียบเทียบทัศนะของประชากรทั้งสามกลุ่ม ด้วยค่า F-test การวิจัยปรากฎผลดังนี้ ทัศนะของนายอำเภอ ศึกษาธิการอำเภอ และหัวหน้าการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ ที่มีต่อบทบาทที่คาดหวังและบทบาทที่เป็นจริงของศึกษาธิการอำเภอ ในการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม พบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยในบทบาทที่คาดหวังโดยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และค่าเฉลี่ยในบทบาทที่เป็นจริงโดยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง การวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบทัศนะของ่นายอำเภอ ศึกษาธิการอำเภอ และหัวหน้าการประถมศึกษาอำเภอที่มีต่อบทบาทที่คาดหวัง และบทบาทที่เป็นจริงของศึกษาธิการอำเภอในการส่งเสริมคุณธธรม จริยธรรม โดยรวมทุกด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบเป็นรายคู่พบว่า บทบาทที่คาดหวัง นายอำเภอ ศึกษาธิการอำเภอ และหัวหน้าการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ มีทัศนะแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 แต่ศึกษาธิการอำเภอ และหัวหน้าการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ มีทัศนะไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติen_US
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this research were to study and compare the expected and actual roles of District Education Officers for the promotion of morals and ethics as perceived by District Chief Officers, District Education Officers and District Primary Education Officers in educational region six. The samples comprised were 66 District Chief Officers, 66 district Education Officers and 66 District Primary Education Officers, The rating scale questionnaires were used to collect the data. The data were analysed by X, S.D. , and F-test. The findings were as follows: 1. All population groups opinions on expected roles and actual roles were found at high level on every aspect. 2. The comparison among the opinions of all population groups between expected roles and actual roles were found statistically significant different at .05 level.en_US
