| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบฐานข้อมูล และจัดทำระบบต้นแบบเพื่อใช้สำหรับการเรียกร้องสิทธิการประกันคุณภาพรถยนต์ เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการจัดทำเอกสาร และตรวจสอบความผิดพลาดของข้อมูลให้เป็นไปอย่างสะดวก และมีความถูกต้อง การดำเนินการสำหรับการวิจัยนี้ ได้แบ่งระบบการเรียกร้องสิทธิการประกันคุณภาพรถยนต์ ออกเป็น 2 ส่วนคือ ระบบการขอเบิกค่าตรวจสอบฟรีตามระยะ และระบบการขอเบิกค่าประกันคุณภาพรถยนต์ โดย การจัดทำระบบสามารถรองรับเอกสารการตรวจสอบฟรีตามระยะ เอกสารการขอเบิกค่าประกันคุณภาพรถยนต์จากตัวแทนจำหน่ายรถยนต์ สามารถจัดทำเอกสารเพื่อขอเบิกค่าประกันคุณภาพรถยนต์ต่อไปยังบริษัทผู้ผลิตส่วนประกอบรถยนต์ และพร้อมทั้งจัดทำรายงานสรุปต่างๆ สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการรับประกันคุณภาพรถยนต์ โดยที่สามารถตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูล การออกแบบระบบฐานข้อมูลของระบบการเรียกร้องสิทธิการประกันคุณภาพรถยนต์ใช้ระบบการจัดการฐานข้อมูลแบบสัมพันธ์ สรุปผลการวิจัยจากการออกแบบและจัดทำโปรแกรมต้นแบบสามารถนำไปใช้งานได้อย่างถูกต้อง และ ประหยัดเวลา |
| Other Abstract: | This research has purpose to design a database, establish a model of warranty claim system, offer facility to set documents and check mistakes of information conveniently and correctly. This procedure of this research provide 2 parts of the warranty claim system these are free inspection allowance system and warranty claim allowance system. The system not only supports free inspection documents and warranty claim document from dealer and vendor’s companies but also makes summary reports for analyzing an accuracy of warranty claim. Database system designing of warranty claim system used a relative database management system. As a conclusion of this research, the system has a capacity to perform successful execution with accuracy and timeliness. |
