| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของระบบบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามควบคู่วิชาสามัญ และพัฒนาระบบบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศของโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามควบคู่วิชาสามัญตามเกณฑ์เพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศด้านการศึกษาของ Malcolm Baldrige มีการดำเนินการวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) วิเคราะห์ระบบบริหาร 2) การออกแบบระบบบริหาร 3) ตรวจสอบระบบบริหาร และ 4) นำเสนอระบบบริหาร ประชากรที่ศึกษามีจำนวน 321 โรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 127 โรงเรียน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 76.9 ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ ผู้อำนวยการ รองผู้อำนวยการ ครูสอนวิชาสามัญ ครูสอนวิชาศาสนาอิสลาม ประธานคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาและประธานสภานักเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามและแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมความเป็นไปได้ของระบบบริหาร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ([x-bar]) ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D) ค่าความต้องการจำเป็น PNI[substitute Modified] และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพปัจจุบันของระบบบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามควบคู่สามัญตามเกณฑ์เพื่อ การดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศด้านการศึกษาของ Malcolm Baldrige ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดคือ ด้านการนำองค์การ สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดคือ ด้านการนำองค์การเช่นกันค่าดัชนี PNI[substitute Modified] โดยภาพรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ย = 0.18 โรงเรียนกลุ่มภาคใต้ ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยของความต้องการจำเป็น (PNI[substitute Modified]) สูงสุด คือ ด้านการวัดผล การวิเคราะห์ และการจัดการความรู้ มีค่าเฉลี่ย =0.25 ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยของความต้องการจำเป็น (PNI[substitute Modified])เป็นลำดับที่สองคือ ด้านการมุ่งเน้นการปฏิบัติงาน มีค่าเฉลี่ย =0.22 และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยของความต้องการจำเป็น (PNI[substitute Modified]) น้อยที่สุดคือด้านการมุ่งเน้นลูกค้า มีค่าเฉลี่ย =0.19 โรงเรียนกลุ่มภาคกลางด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยของความต้องการจำเป็น (PNI[substitute Modified]) สูงสุดคือ ด้านการมุ่งเน้นผู้ปฏิบัติงาน มีค่าเฉลี่ย =0.25 ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยของความต้องการจำเป็น (PNI[substitute Modified]) เป็นลำดับที่สองคือ ด้านการวัดผล การวิเคราะห์ และการจัดการความรู้ มีค่าเฉลี่ย =0.24 และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยของความต้องการจำเป็น (PNI[substitute Modified]) น้อยที่สุดคือด้านการมุ่งเน้นลูกค้า มีค่าเฉลี่ย =0.16 2. ระบบบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศของโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามควบคู่วิชาสามัญที่พัฒนาขึ้น มี 2 ระบบคือ 1) ระบบบริหารโรงเรียนในภาคใต้ คือ ระบบบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศของโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามควบคู่วิชาสามัญมุ่งเน้นการวัดผล การวิเคราะห์ การจัดการความรู้และการปฏิบัติงาน 2) ระบบบริหารโรงเรียนในภาคกลาง คือ ระบบบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศของโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามควบคู่วิชาสามัญมุ่งเน้นผู้ปฏิบัติงานและการวัดผล การวิเคราะห์ การจัดการความรู้ | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research used a quantitative methodology. The purposes on studying the current situation and desirable situation of management system and development to management system toward excellence of private school simultaneously teaching Islamic and general education. There are 4 stages of research Methodology: 1) system analysis 2) system management design 3) system Validation and 4) system presentation. The study populations are 321 schools. The samples are 127 schools. Accounted for 76.9 percent of Informant are director deputy director, teacher of general education, teacher of Islamic studies, chairman of the school board, chairman of student council. Instruments included questionnaires interview forms and appropriate for assessing the feasibility of the of management system. The analysis used statistics from frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation , the technique called Modified Priority Needs Index was applied. The research was found: 1) The current situation and desirable situation of management system toward excellence of private school simultaneously teaching Islamic and general education based on Malcolm Baldrige criteria for performance excellence; the highest average income is Leadership. The highest average of desirable situation income is Leadership. Index of needs (PNI[substitute Modified] ), all of average highest=0.18, The schools of Southern, maximum index of needs (PNI[substitute Modified]) were Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge Management, PNI[substitute Modified] average =0.25, the second index of needs is Workforce Focus : average =0.22 and minimum index of needs (PNI[substitute Modified]) is Customer Focus : average =0.19. The schools of Central, maximum index of needs (PNI[substitute Modified]) is Workforce Focus : average=0.25, the second index of needs were Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge Management, PNI[substitute Modified] average =0.24 and minimum index of needs (PNI[substitute Modified]) is Customer Focus : average =0.16. 2) Management system toward excellence of private school simultaneously teaching Islamic and general education. There are development 2 systems. 1) Management system for the school of Southern was Management system toward excellence of Private school simultaneously teaching Islamic and general education based focus on Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management and Operations Focus. 2) Management system for the school of Central was Management system toward excellence of Private school simultaneously teaching Islamic and general education subjects based on Operations Focus and focus on Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management. | en_US |
