| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของ “ระบบติดตามการสืบค้นทรัพยากรสารสนเทศสำหรับสำนักวิทยทรัพยากร” คืออำนวยความสะดวกทั้งผู้ให้บริการและผู้ใช้บริการเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานของสำนักวิทยทรัพยากรนั้นให้มีประสิทธิภาพและเพิ่มความสะดวกสบายมากยิ่งขึ้น โดยที่ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถดำเนินการส่งคำร้องการสืบค้นทรัพยากรสารสนเทศผ่านระบบที่ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นมา ในกรณีที่ต้องการจะสืบค้นทรัพยากรสารสนเทศที่ถูกจัดเก็บบนชั้นหนังสือที่อยู่ชั้นใต้ดินซึ่งผู้ใช้บริการไม่สามารถเข้าถึงได้ด้วยตนเอง สำหรับการอำนวยความสะดวกต่อการให้บริการของระบบนั้นจะทำโดยปรับรูปแบบขั้นตอนการทำงานทั้งหมด (การกรอกคำร้อง, การส่งคำร้อง, การติดตามสถานการณ์สืบค้น, และการแจ้งความคืบหน้าการสืบค้นผ่านทางอีเมล) ซึ่งจากเดิมเป็นการทำงานโดยใช้ระบบกระดาษสู่ระบบออนไลน์ซึ่งเป็นเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน ทั้งนี้ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถที่จะติดตามสถานะการสืบคืนได้ด้วยตนเอง โดยใช้หมายเลขติดตามการสืบค้นหรือได้รับการแจ้งผลการสืบค้นผ่านทางอีเมลเมื่อกระบวนการการสืบค้นสิ้นสุดลง |
| Other Abstract: | The objective of “the Information Resources Search Tracking System for the Office of Academic Resources” is to facilitate both library’s authorities and a user to provide more effective services and convenient. A user can send the request to search the information resources through this system in case of information resources are the stack books (basement shelves) that a user cannot access to the information resources by themselves. It can help both authorities and a user in service by transferring all of these processes (Create the request, send the request, tracking the searching status, and notification the result via email) from the paper process to the web application. A user can follow up the progression of searching from the website by the tracking number or email that will be sent when the searching has been completely done. |
