| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา สภาพปัจจุบันของการพัฒนาและการใช้โปรแกรมการอบรมบนเว็บสำหรับธนาคารพาณิชย์ของไทยปัญหาการพัฒนาและการใช้โปรแกรมการอบรมบนเว็บสำหรับธนาคารพาณิชย์ของไทย และความต้องการการพัฒนาและการใช้โปรแกรมการอบรมบนเว็บสำหรับธนาคารพาณิชย์ของไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหาร พนักงานหรือเจ้าหน้าที่ของธนาคารพาณิชย์ของไทย ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาและการใช้โปรแกรมการอบรมบนเว็บ จำนวน 112 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสังเกต วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการพัฒนาและการใช้โปรแกรมการอบรมบนเว็บส่วนใหญ่ ธนาคารมีหน่วยงานที่ประสานการทำงานระหว่างด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร และด้านเทคโนโลยีทีส่งเสริมการลงทุนของธนาคาร ซึ่งรับผิดชอบในการผลิตและการพัฒนาโปรแกรมการอบรมบนเว็บของธนาคารโดยมีทางเลือกจากบริษัทผู้ผลิต Learning Management System ที่ธนาคารได้จัดชื้อโปรแกรมการอบรมบนเว็บแบบสำเร็จรูป แล้วนำมาประยุกต์ใช้กับการจัดแกอบรมให้กับพนักงานของธนาคาร ซึ่งทางธนาคารเป็นผู้กำหนดเนื้อหาในโปรแกรมการอบรมบนเว็บเอง จะเน้นหลักสูตรพื้นฐานของการอบรมที่ส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติงาน ในหลักสูตรด้านการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารทางธุรกิจ การคำนวณด้านการบริหารทั่วไป พื้นฐานการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ ความรู้ในผลิตภัณฑ์หลักและการให้บริการด้านต่าง ๆ ของธนาคารซึ่งอยู่ในระหว่างการทดสอบและเลือกเนื้อหาหลักสูตรที่สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของธนาคารในการอบรมพนักงาน 2. ปัญหาการพัฒนาและการใช้โปรแกรมการอบรมบนเว็บส่วนใหญ่ คือ งบประมาณสนับสนุนด้านเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับการอบรมบนเว็บ ขาดบุคลากรด้านการผลิต และทักษะพื้นฐานที่ จำเป็นในการใช้โปรแกรมการอบรมบนเว็บของผู้เข้าอบรม พนักงานของธนาคารส่วนใหญ่ไม่มีเวลาในการอบรม เนื่องจากมีภาระหน้าที่ต้องรับผิดชอบหลายด้าน 3. ความต้องการการพัฒนาและการใช้โปรแกรมการอบรมบนเว็บส่วนใหญ่ งบประมาณสนับสนุนด้านเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับการอบรมบนเว็บ บุคลากรที่มีความสามารถด้านการผลิตใน สาขาต่าง ๆ เช่น โปรแกรมเมอร์ กราฟทีเกดีไซน์ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเนื้อหา มีหลักสูตรการอบรมที่เป็นภาษาไทยบ้าง และมีวิทยากรประจำหลักสูตร คอยให้คำปรึกษาตลอดระยะเวลาการอบรม |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the current state of problems and needs concerning the use of web-based training Program of Commercial banks of Thailand. The sampling used in the research were Commercial Bank's Executive Board and Commercial Bank’s Employees which totals 112 peoples. The statistics used to analyze the data were average, percentage, and standard deviation. The finding were as follows: 1. The current state of WEB-Base Application development and the use of WEB-Base Training in the Commercial Bank of Thailand were mostly based on the cooperation organization unit. The cooperate unit work for the Human Resource Department and Information System for Bank's investment, which responsible for making and develop web-based programming for the bank. The Commercial Bank of Thailand will be able to select their own LMS (Learning Management System) and develop the interface to fit in their working routines. The Commercial Bank of Thailand when implementing the web-based Training Program must create their own content for their training program. They mostly focus on the basic curriculum of training which is the basic need for all employees' works, for example: English for business communication, Calculating, General Management, Basic Computing, Bank’s Services and products and Bank's Policies. The WEB-Base Training of Commercial Bank of Thailand was primarily running a pilot project. 2. The problem of development web-based Application and to use web-based Application were the lack of budgeting to support the infrastructure of Information System (Such as networking, Leased line and online accessories) and hardware that comprises the highest percentage of cost of investment. The other problem that faced the bank is the skill workers who have to train others people to be able to do the content and use the application properly. Most of the workers were too busy to be trained; therefore their current work was always the problem. 3. The primary need for developing and using the web-based Application is the supported budget to invest for the infrastructure, hardware, skilled workers(programmer, graphic design and web design), the content (content should be some Thai) and also the training course should have full time instructor always. |
