dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วยระหว่างหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย กับพยาบาลประจำการในโรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย จำนวน 206 คนและพยาบาลประจำการ จำนวน 405 คน ได้จากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วยสำหรับหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย แบบสอบถาม ประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วยสำหรับพยาบาลประจำการที่ได้ผ่านการตรวจความตรงตามเนื้อหา ซึ่งมีค่า ความเที่ยงของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .95 และ .97 ตามลำดับ และแบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่ม สถิติที่ใช้ใน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการเปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ย โดยทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ค่าเฉลี่ย ประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วยตามการรับรู้ของหัวหน้า หอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐอยู่ในระดับสูง (x-bar = 4.11) 2. ค่าเฉลี่ย ประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วย ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลประจำการ โรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ อยู่ในระดับสูง (x-bar = 4.10) 3. ค่าเฉลี่ยประสิทธิผลโดยรวมของหอผู้ป่วยตามการรับรู้ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยกับพยาบาลประจำการ ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันแต่ในด้านความพึงพอใจมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. จากการสนทนากลุ่มหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยเสนอแนะเพิ่มเติมเกณฑ์ในการประเมินประสิทธิผลหอผู้ป่วยคือ ด้านวัฒนธรรมองค์การ ส่วนพยาบาลประจำการ เสนอแนะให้เพิ่มเติม ด้านบรรยากาศองค์การ	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to compare patient unit effectiveness between 206 head nurses and 405 staff nurses which selected by multi-stage sampling. Research instruments were patient unit effectiveness of head nurse questionnaire and patient unit effectiveness of staff nurse questionnaire. These questionnaires were test for the content validity and reliability. The Cronbach's alpha coefficients of patient unit effectiveness for head nurses and patient unit effectiveness for staff nurses were .95 and .97 respectively. Statistical methods used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation and t-test. Major findings were as follows: 1. Mean score of patient unit effectiveness of head nurses, Governmental University Hospitals was at the high level (x-bar = 4.11). 2. Mean score of patient unit effectiveness of staff nurses, Governmental University Hospitals was at the high level (x-bar = 4.10). 3. There was no statistical difference between patient unit effectiveness as a whole as perceived by head nurses and staff nurses but in the satisfaction dimension there was statistical difference and significant at the .05 level (p<.05). 4. From focus group discussion head nurses suggested that organization culture should be the additional criteria to evaluate the unit effectiveness, while staff nurses suggested organization climate.	en
