dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสาเหตุและปัจจัยอันเป็นอุปสรรคในการผลิตข้าราชการตำรวจชั้นสัญญาบัตรของโรงเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจ เพื่อหาแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการผลิตข้าราชการตำรวจชั้นสัญญาบัตรของโรงเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจและส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพ และเพื่อเสนอแนะข้อมูลและผลการวิจัยที่จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อหน่วยงานและผู้ที่มีหน้าที่เกี่ยวข้องในการผลิตข้าราชการตำรวจชั้นสัญญาบัตร โดยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้แบบสอบถาม จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 250 คน และการสัมภาษณ์ จำนวน 10 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ จำนวนและร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และการทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ด้วย ค่าไคสแควร์ (Chi-square) ซึ่งทดสอบด้วยความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 สำหรับข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา สำหรับข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ปัจจัยทางการศึกษา ด้านหลักสูตร อาจารย์ นักเรียน วัสดุอุปกรณ์ และสื่อการเรียนการสอน อาคารสถานที่เรียนและการฝึกอบรม ตลอดจนแหล่งค้นคว้าหาความรู้ และปัจจัยกระบวนการทางการศึกษา ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน การบริหารงานบุคคล เป็นปัญหาและอุปสรรคอันมีผลต่อคุณภาพในการผลิตข้าราชการตำรวจชั้นสัญญาบัตร นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าปัจจัยภูมิหลัง ได้แก่ เพศชาย ชั้นยศสัญญาบัตร สังกัดกองบังคับการปกครอง และลักษณะการปฏิบัติงานประจำโรงเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจ เห็นว่าปัจจัยทางการศึกษาและปัจจัยกระบวนการทางการศึกษาเป็นปัญหาและอุปสรรคอันมีผลต่อคุณภาพในการผลิตข้าราชการตำรวจชั้นสัญญาบัตรของโรงเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this research are to study factors affecting problems of and obstacles in forming police officers of Royal Police Cadet Academy. This research is a field research that use quantitative method. Questionnaires were used to collect data form sample of 250 police offices and to interview 10 different cases from Royal Police Cadet Academy. The analysis was done by SPSS program and statistics tools. Interpreting the findings were in froms of percentage and means. In order to study the relationship between variables, the Chi-square was used at the level of significance 0.05. The study found that education affairs and process of education factors are problems of and obstacles in forming police officers. Moreover, male police officers who working permanently attached to the Commander Division agree that education affairs and process of education factors are problems of and obstacles in forming police officers as well.	en
