| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพี่อพัฒนาและวิเคราะห์ตัวบ่งชี้รวมของความสำเร็จในการจัดการศึกษาแบบเรียนร่วมของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย มี 2 กลุ่ม ประกอบด้วย (1) กลุ่มผู้ เชี่ยวชาญสำหรับคัดเสือกตัวบ่งชี้และเกณฑ์โดยใช้เทคนิค เดลฟาย และจัดเรียงลำดับความสำคัญของตัวบ่งชี้และเกณฑ์โดยใช้เทคนิคการเปรียบเทียบน้ำหนักคะแนนรายคู่ (2) โรงเรียนที่จัดการศึกษาแบบเรียนร่วมสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติจำนวน 120 โรงเรียน สำหรับประเมินความสำเร็จในการจัดการศึกษาแบบเรียนร่วม โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครูที่รับผิดชอบงานด้านการศึกษาพิเศษและผู้ปกครองชองนักเรียนที่มีความต้องการพิเศษ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย (1) แบบสอบถามสำหรับคัดเลือกตัวบ่งชี้และเกณฑ์ จำนวน 3 ฉบับ (2) แบบสอบถามสำหรับจัดเรียงลำดับความสำคัญของตัวบ่งชี้และเกณฑ์ จำนวน 1 ฉบับและ (3) แบบสอบถามสำหรับประเมินความสำเร็จในการจัดการศึกษาแบบเรียนร่วม จำนวน 3 ฉบับ การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการส่งแบบสอบถามด้วยตนเองและทางไปรษณีย์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพี่อหาฉันทามติในการคัดเลือกตัวบ่งชี้และเกณฑ์โดยการคำนวณค่าฐานนิยม มัธยฐานและพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ การหาน้าี หนกั คะแนนความสำคัญของตัวบ่งชี้และเกณฑ์ และประเมินความ สำเร็จในการจัดการศึกษาแบบเรียนร่วมโดยการคำนวณค่าสถิติพื้นฐานและการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบสองทาง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้รวมของความสำเร็จในการจัดการศึกษาแบบเรียนร่วมได้ตัวบ่งชี้รวมทั้งหมด 7 มิติ/องค์ประกอบ มีตัวบ่งชี้ย่อย 27 ตัวบ่งชี้ ประกอบด้วยตัวบ่งชี้ด้านคุณภาพนักเรียน 2 ตัวบ่งชี้ ด้านการบริหารและการจัดการ 8 ตัวบ่งชี้ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน 6 ตัวบ่งชี้ ด้านบุคลากร 3 ตัวบ่งชี้ ด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก 2 ตัวบ่งชี้ ด้านทรัพยากร 1 ตัวบ่งชี้และด้านผู้ปกครอง 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ 2. ผลการวิเคราะห์ความสำเร็จในการจัดการศึกษาแบบเรียนร่วมจำแนกตามมิติ/องค์ประกอบของความสำเร็จในการจัดการศึกษาแบบเรียนร่วมทั้ง 7 มิติ เรียงลำดับคะแนนรวมที่ได้ในแต่ละมิติจากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ (1) มิติด้านคุณภาพนักเรียน (2) มิติด้านบุคลากร (3) มิติด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก (4) มิติด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน (5) มิติด้านผู้ปกครอง (6) มิติด้านการบริหารและการจัดการ และ (7) มิติด้านทรัพยากร 3. ผลการวิเคราะห์ความสำเร็จในการจัดการศึกษาแบบเรียนร่วมจำแนกตามประเภทของความบกพร่องที่ทางโรงเรียนรับไว้ เรียงลำดับคะแนนรวมที่ได้ตามประเภทของความบกพร่องจากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ (1) บกพร่องทางการเห็น (2)บกพร่องทางพฤติกรรมและอารมณ์ (3) ออทีสติก (4) บกพร่องทางการเรียนรู้ (5) บกพร่องทางสติปัญญา (6) บกพร่องทางการได้ยิน (7) บกพร่องทางร่างกายและสุขภาพ และ (8) บกพร่องทางการพูดและภาษา |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to develop and analyze the composite indicators for success in the inclusive education management in schools under the office of the national primary education commission. The two groups of samples consisted of seven teen experts who helped screening the indicators and enterions through Delphi technique and set priorities of the indicators and enterions through paired- weighting procedure technique (PWP) and one hundred and twenty schools that the inclusive education management in schools under the office of the national primary education commission for evaluation of success in the inclusive education. The data collected from headmasters, teachers who responsible for special education and parents of students with special need. The research instruments were three form of questionnaires for screening the indicators, one form of questionnaire for set priorities the indicators and three form of questionnaires for evaluating the success of the inclusive education. The data were collected by self-administered and mailed questionnaires and analyzed to get consensus in the selection of mdicators and cnterions by using mode, median and interquartile range. The weight of indicators and critenons and evaluation for success in the inclusive education were analyzed by using descriptive statistics an d two w ay analysis of variance. The research results were as follows: 1.The developed composite consisted of seven factors of success in the mclusive education and twenty- seven indicators. There w ere 8, 6, 3, 2, 1 an d 5 indicators for the quality of student, administration and management, instruction, personel, building and facilities, resources and parents, respectively. 2. The analyzed of success in the inclusive education by seven factors of success in the inclusive education. Total scores m each factors were ranked from the most to the least: (1) quality of student (2) personel (3) building and facilities (4) instruction (5) parents (6) administration and management and (7) resources. 3. The analyzed of success in the inclusive education rank by type of disabilities which schools recieve them. Total scores in each types were ranked from the most to the least: (1) vision handicaps (2) behavior and emotional disorders (3) autistic (4) learning disabilities (5) mental retardation (6) hearing handicaps (7) physical and health handicaps and (8) communication disabilities. |
