| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะ 3 ประการคือ เพื่อวิเคราะห์เนื้อเรื่องการตัดสินใจของหัวหน้าภาค วิชา เพื่อวิเคราะห์สารสนเทศที่หัวหน้าภาควิชาใช้ประกอบการตัดสินใจ และ เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศที่ เหมาะสมสำหรับการตัดสินใจของหัวหน้าภาควิชา ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. เนื้อเรื่องการตัดสินใจของหัวหน้าภาควิชามี 38 เรื่อง แบ่งเป็น 4 กลุ่มคือ การตัดสินใจในงาน บริหารทั่วไป งานผลิตบัณฑิต งานวิจัยและผลิตผลงานวิชาการ และงานบริการทางวิชาการ เนื้อเรื่องการตัด สินใจที่หัวหน้าภาควิชาเห็นว่าสำคัญที่สุด 5 เรื่องแรกคือ การคัดเลือกอาจารย์ใหม่ การวางแผนการดำเนิน งานของภาควิชาในแต่ละปี การเปิดสอนแต่ละรายวิชา การพัฒนาหลักสูตร และการพัฒนารายวิชา 2. สารสนเทศที่หัวหน้าภาควิชาใช้ประกอบการตัดสินใจมี 35 รายการ แบ่งเป็น 5 ด้านคือ สารสน เทศนิสิตนักศึกษา สารสนเทศอาจารย์ สารสนเทศหลักสูตรและรายวิชา สารสนเทศการเงินและงบประมาณ และสารสนเทศอาคารสถานที่ รายการสารสนเทศที่หัวหน้าภาควิชาเห็นว่าสำคัญที่สุด 5 รายการคือ หลัก สูตรที่ภาควิชาเปิดสอนและรายวิชาในหลักสูตร รายวิชาที่เปิดสอนในแต่ละภาคการศึกษางบประมาณที่ภาค วิชาได้รับในแต่ละปี งบประมาณทีภาควิชาใช้จริงในแต่ละปี และจำนวนชั่วโมงที่สอนต่อสัปดาห์เฉลี่ยต่ออาจารย์ 1 คน 3. ในระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของหัวหน้าภาควิชา มีการจัดเก็บข้อมูล 10 ประเภท ซึ่งเพียงพอสำหรับการจัดหาสารสนเทศ 18 กลุ่มรายการ เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของหัวหน้าภาควิชาทั้ง 38 เรื่อง 4. การตรวจสอบระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า แบบเก็บข้อมูลทุกฉบับมีความเหมาะสมราย ละเอียดและรูปแบบของรายการสารสนเทศง่ายต่อการทำความเข้าใจ ระบบสารสนเทศนี้สามารถนำไปใช้ ปฏิบัติงานได้จริง เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการปฏิบัติงาน และช่วยให้ตัดสินใจถูกต้องรวดเร็วขึ้น |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to explore the decision contents, identification of information requirements to support decision making, and the development of information system for decision making of the academic department head, The findings were as follow : 1. There were 38 decision contents which were classified into l areas : general administration, the production of graduate, the research and academic publication, and the academic service. The 5 most important decision contents were the faculty selection, the annual academic planning, courses offering, curriculum and courses development. 2. There were 35 information items for decision making which classified into 5 areas as student information, faculty information, curriculum and course information, budget information, and facility information. The 5 most important items were curriculum and course offered by the department, courses offered each semester, the budget allowed for each fiscal year and the actual expense, and instructional work load. 3. There were 10 groups of data collection in the information system to support the decision making of the academic department head. These data would be derived to 18 lists of information for supporting the 38 decision contents. 4. The information system testing showed that every data collection form was sufficient, details and form of the information lists were easy to comprehend, the information system could actually put to work, and enable faster and more accurate decision making. |
