dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการใช้ ปัญหา ความคิดเห็น และข้อเสนอแนะในการใช้บริการสื่อโสตทัศน์ ในสำนักบรรณสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ในด้านสภาพการใช้ ผู้ใช้บริการส่วนใหญ่มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้บริการสื่อโสตทัศน์ เพื่อความบันเทิง วิธีการค้นหาสื่อโสตทัศน์ที่ต้องการโดยขอคำแนะนำจากผู้ให้บริการสื่อโสตทัศน์และใช้บริการ สื่อโสตทัศน์เฉลี่ยในระดับน้อย และไม่เคยใช้ โดยใช้บริการยืม-คืนสื่อโสตทัศน์มากกว่างานบริการอื่น ประเภท ของสื่อโสตทัศน์ที่ใช้บริการมากที่สุดคือ วีดิทัศน์ ประเภทของเนื้อหาที่ใช้บริการมากที่สุดคือ สารคดี ความรู้ทั่วไป ผู้ใช้บริการประสบปัญหาในการใช้บริการสื่อโสตทัศน์เฉลี่ยในระดับน้อยและไม่มีปัญหา ปัญหาที่ประ สบเฉลี่ยในระดับสูง คือ การประชาสัมพันธ์บริการประเภทต่าง ๆ ไม่เพียงพอ จำนวนผู้ให้บริการไม่เพียงพอ จำนวนสื่อโสตทัศน์ที่ให้บริการไม่เพียงพอ ขาดการประชาสัมพันธ์เครื่องมือช่วยค้น และสถานที่ตั้งของหน่วย บริการสื่อโสตทัศน์อยู่ไกล ทำให้การเข้าใช้บริการลำบาก ผลการสำรวจความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการใช้บริการสื่อโสตทัศน์ ปรากฏว่า ผู้ใช้บริการมีความพึงพอใจใน เรื่อง งานบริการ ผู้ให้บริการ สื่อโสตทัศน์ โสตทัศนูปกรณ์ อาคารสถานที่ และเครื่องมือช่วยค้นเฉลี่ยในระดับ ปานกลาง และส่วนใหญ่คิดว่าระเบียบการใช้บริการสื่อโสตทัศน์เหมาะสม ยกเว้นเวลาการให้ยืมวีดิทัศน์น้อยเกินไป	-
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this study is to investigate the usage, problems, opinions and recommendations concerning the audio-visual services in the Office of Documentation and Information, Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University. This study found that most of the users use these services for enjoyment. And when they use the service ask for recommendations from the staff of the library. However they either use the audio-visual services, the audio visual materials most often used are video tapes. And knowledge material. The problems faced by the users are either few or no problems at all. However, the problems most often mentioned are as follows: inadequate service, insufficient library staff, insufficient audio-visual materials as well as a lack of an inadequate materials indexs and inconvenient location of the audio visual department. The results of this research indicates that, on the average, the users are satisfied with the services of the audio-visual section its staff, audio visual materials, equipment, facilities and the material index at a moderate level. Most of the users accept that the services are suitable except that the lending period is too short.	-
