dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาอิสระครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการแสดงออกทางอารมณ์ของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท อำเภอหนองหญ้าปล้อง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี ก่อนและหลังการใช้การใช้โปรแกรมการส่งเสริมการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนองในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่บ้าน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท จำนวน 20 คน ซึ่งคัดเลือกตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนดไว้ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเองในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่บ้าน แบบวัดการแสดงออกทางอารมณ์ แบบวัดความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท การเผชิญความเครียดแบบมุ่งแก้ปัญหา และแบบวัดการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง ซึ่งได้ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 3 ท่าน ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบวัดเท่ากับ .87 .94 .80 และ.85 ตามลำดับวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ Paired t-Test ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การแสดงออกทางอารมณ์ของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทหลังการใช้โปรแกรมส่งเสริมการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเองในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่บ้าน เหมาะสมมากขึ้นว่าก่อนการใช้โปรแกรมการส่งเสริมการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเองในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่บ้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05	-
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this independent study was to compare expressed emotion of schizophrenic patients’ caregivers, Nongyaplong District, Petchburi Province. The study sample consisted of 20 schizophrenic patients’ caregivers which were selected according to criteria. The study instruments were a manual of perceived self–efficacy promoting program, an expressed emotion scale, a test of knowledge about care of psychiatric patients a problem – focused coping strategies scale and a perceived self- efficacy scale. Instruments were examined for content validity by 3 experts. The reliability of the test and scales were .87. 94 .80 and .85. respectively. Descriptive Statistics and Paired t-Test were used in data analysis. Major finding was as followed : Expressed emotion of schizophrenic patients’ caregivers after receiving perceived seIf - efficacy promoting program at home was statistically significant better than before using intervention. at the .05 level.	-
