| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการสอนของอาจารย์ สำรวจปัญหาการเรียนการสอนของอาจารย์และนักศึกษาในภาควิชาดนตรี และเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนดนตรีในสหวิทยาลัยอีสานใต้ โดยสำรวจความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์และนักศึกษาในภาควิชาดนตรีทั้งหมด จากแบบสอบถาม นอกจากนั้น ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการสำรวจพฤติกรรมการสอนด้วยตนเอง ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ ด้านพฤติกรรมการสอนของอาจารย์ พบว่า ลักษณะส่วนตัวอาจารย์แต่งกายสุภาพเรียบร้อยมาก แต่ขาดความมีอารมณ์ขันและความเป็นกันเอง การเตรียมการสอนอาจารย์มีการกำหนดการเรียนและรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับวิชาอย่างชัดเจน และมีการวางแผนการเรียนการสอนร่วมกันระหว่างผู้เรียนผู้สอนน้อยขาดการติ-ชม อาจารย์เข้าสอนเป็นครั้งคราว และมีการติดตามงานที่มอบหมายน้อย ปัญหาการเรียนการสอน พบว่า มีปัญหามาก คือ อาจารย์ไม่พอเพียงและขาดอาจารย์ที่สอนโดยตรงอาคารสถานที่ห้องเรียนและห้องซ้อมไม่เหมาะกับการเรียนการสอน นักศึกษามีพื้นฐานทางดนตรีน้อยนักศึกษาขาดความรับผิดชอบและเอาใจใส่ในการเรียน การฝึกซ้อม การเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน เรื่องที่ควรดำเนินการอย่างเร่งด่วน คือ ปรับปรุงอาคารสถานที่ ห้องเรียนให้เหมาะสมกว่าที่เป็นอยู่ เชิญวิทยากร และผลัดเปลี่ยนหมุนเวียนอาจารย์ประจำภายในสหวิทยาลัย จัดหาทุนเสริมงบประมาณเพื่อซื้อเครื่องดนตรี และวัสดุอุปกรณ์ โดยการหารายได้จากกิจกรรมการแสดงดนตรีของภาควิชา จัดโครงการสัมมนาอาจารย์เป็นระยะ |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study teaching behavior, to search problems of teaching and learning in the department of music, and to indicate ways of developing teaching and learning in Isan-Tai. United Colleges Questionnaires were collected from instructors and students of Isan-Tai. United Colleges, and teaching observation checklist were used through classroom observation by researcher. It was found that, for teaching behaviors, teachers always made fine and clear teaching plans but seldom co-operated with students. Moreover, teachers occasionally criticized student's works or followed up the assigments. For personal behavior, teachers dressed well and neatly but had not much sense of humor and friendliness. As for teaching and learning problems, the important problems were lacking for teachers, especially of skill teachers and lacking for proper room to practice. Students had less responsibities to learn and practice. For developing teaching and learning, it was recommended that there should be better practice rooms, more teachers or visiting professors and music instruments. Teachers should have more opportunities for professional seminar in music. |
