| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์ ผู้มีอิทธิพล ชนชั้นนำคือใคร มีคุณสมบัติอะไรเป็นฐานใครมีอำนาจสูงสุดในการตัดสินใจในปัญหาและนโยบายของชุมชน โครงสร้างอานาจและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างชานชั้นนำในโครงสร้างอำนาจเป็นอย่างไร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. คุณสมบัติที่สำคัญที่สุดที่อธิบายความเป็นผู้มีอิทธิพล ชนชั้นนำได้ดีที่สุดคือการดำรงตำแหน่งและหรือความร่ำรวย 2. บุคคลที่ดำรงตำแหน่งทางการโดยเฉพาะตำแหน่งนายกเทศมนตรีและนายอำเภอ เป็นผู้มีอำนาจสูงสุดในการตัดสินใจในปัญหาและนโยบายของชุมชน 3. โครงสร้างอำนาจชุมชนในอำเภอชายแดนภาคใต้มีลักษณะและแบบปิรามิดโดยมีชนชั้นนำจำนวนน้อยเป็นผู้ตัดสินใจในชุมชน 4. ชนชั้นนำระดับสูงจะมีระดับความสัมพันธ์ที่ใกล้ชิดสนิทสนมมากกว่าชนชั้นนำระดับต่ำ ผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ยังทำให้สามารถเข้าใจมากขึ้นเกี่ยวกับความขัดแย้งกันระหว่างชานชั้นนำที่เป็นทางการซึ่งมีฐานอำนาจมาจากระบบราชการ กับชนชั้นนำที่ไม่เป็นทางการซึ่งมีฐานอำนาจมาจากประชาชนอันสืบเนื่องมาจากที่มาของอำนาจต่างกัน |
| Other Abstract: | This study was to analyze the specific social phenomenon in s these the community, are who are the influential group of people, elite and what are their properties. Furthermore, is to find out who have the privilege to make the decision concerning with the community's policy and its problem solving. The study also explains the relationship structure between the elite. It was found that: 1. official position and wealthy are fundamental for ones to be categorized as influential person the elite 2. official position like governor or shelff have the highest privilege to make the decisions on community's policy 3. the community power structure is assumably viewed as pyramid shape with the elite on the top of it, this topping does the community's decision making 4. The higher level elite develope stronger relationship among themselves then the lower level ones do. The study also yields the better understanding of the conflicts among the elite themselves and the conflict between the higher level elite on one side and the lower level elite accompanied with the people on the other. |
