| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาและทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาพูดสำหรับการสื่อสารและการเรียนรู้ 2) ศึกษาสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในเครือสารสาสน์ตามแนวคิดทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาพูดสำหรับการสื่อสารและการเรียนรู้ 3) พัฒนานวัตกรรมการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในเครือสารสาสน์ตามแนวคิดทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาพูดสำหรับการสื่อสารและการเรียนรู้ ใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมวิธีพหุระยะ (Multi-Phase Mixed Methods) ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิชาการภาษาต่างประเทศ และครูผู้สอน จำนวนทั้งหมด 63 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงอุปนัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ประกอบด้วย (1) การพัฒนาหลักสูตร (2) การพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ (3) การพัฒนาสื่อแหล่งเรียนรู้และการใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา (4) การนิเทศการสอน (5) การวัดและประเมินผล กรอบแนวคิดทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาพูดสำหรับการสื่อสารและการเรียนรู้ประกอบด้วยทักษะดังนี้ (1) ทักษะการพูดด้านกายภาพ (2) ทักษะการพูดด้านภาษาศาสตร์ (3) ทักษะการพูดด้านการคิด (4) ทักษะการพูดด้านสังคมและอารมณ์ 2) สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในเครือสารสาสน์ตามแนวคิดทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาพูดสำหรับการสื่อสารและการเรียนรู้ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.170) เมื่อจำแนกตามการบริหารวิชาการรายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.226) ด้านการนิเทศการสอน (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.225) ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.184) ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.123) และด้านการพัฒนาสื่อ แหล่งเรียนรู้และการใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.092) ตามลำดับ เมื่อจำแนกตามทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาพูด พบว่าสภาพที่พึงประสงค์โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.170) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ทักษะที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ทักษะการพูดด้านสังคมและอารมณ์ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.270) ทักษะการพูดด้านการคิด (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.250) ทักษะการพูดด้านภาษาศาสตร์ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.142) และทักษะการพูดด้านกายภาพ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.018) ตามลำดับ 3) นวัตกรรมการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในเครือสารสาสน์ตามแนวคิดทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาพูดสำหรับการสื่อสารและการเรียนรู้ คือ นวัตกรรมการบริหารการวัดประเมินและการนิเทศการสอนเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนด้านทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาพูดที่เน้นทักษะการพูดด้านอารมณ์และสังคมกับทักษะการพูดด้านการคิด ประกอบด้วย 2 นวัตกรรมย่อย ได้แก่ (1) นวัตกรรมการบริหารการวัดและประเมินเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนด้านทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาพูดที่เน้นทักษะการพูดด้านอารมณ์และสังคมกับทักษะการพูดด้านการคิดโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีเป็นฐาน (2) นวัตกรรมการบริหารการนิเทศการสอนเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนด้านทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาพูดที่เน้นทักษะการพูดด้านอารมณ์และสังคมกับทักษะการพูดด้านการคิดโดยใช้การนิเทศแบบร่วมมือ |
| Other Abstract: | The objectives of this research were 1) to study the conceptual framework of English Oracy Skills for communication and learning 2) to study the desirable conditions of academic management of Sarasas Affiliated Primary Schools based on the concept of English Oracy Skills for communication and learning; 3) to develop innovations in academic management in primary schools. Multi-phase mixed methods were used in this research. The informant was the school director, deputy director of Foreign Language Academic Affairs and teachers totaling 63 people. Data collected by using questionnaires and interview forms. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation were analyzed and analyze the qualitative data with inductive analysis. The results of the research showed that 1) the conceptual framework for academic management of primary levels of Sarasas Affiliated Schools consists of (1) curriculum development (2) learning process development (3) learning media development and the use of technology for education (4) teaching supervision (5) measurement and evaluation. The English Oracy Skills Framework for Communication and Learning consists of the following skills: (1) physical skills (2) linguistic skills (3) cognitive skills (4) social and emotional skills 2) Desirable conditions of academic management of Sarasas primary schools based on the concept of English Oracy Skills for communication and learning. Overall, it was at a high level (x-bar = 4.170). The aspect with the highest average was measurement and evaluation (x-bar = 4.226), instructional supervision (x-bar = 4.225), learning process development (x-bar = 4.184), curriculum development (x-bar = 4.123) and learning media development and the use of technology for education (x-bar = 4.092), respectively, when classified by skills of using English Oracy Skills. It was found that the overall desirable condition was at a high level (x-bar = 4.170). The skills with the highest averages were social and emotional skills (x-bar = 4.270), cognitive skills (x-bar = 4.250), linguistic skills (x-bar = 4.142), and physical skills (x-bar = 4.018), respectively. 3) Academic management innovation of primary levels of Sarasas Affiliated Schools based on the concept of English language Oracy Skills for communication and learning, previously named: “Assessment and Supervision Management Innovation Enhancing Student’s Oracy Skills Focus on Social Emotional and Thinking Skills” which consists of two innovations: (1) Technology Based Measurement and Evaluation Management Innovation Enhancing Student’s Oracy Skills Focus on Social Emotional and Thinking Skills (2) Collaborative Supervision Management Innovation Enhancing Student’s Oracy Skills Focus on Social Emotional and Thinking Skills. |
