| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างเกณฑ์ที่เหมาะสมในการพัฒนารูปแบบโปรแกรมการทำงานระหว่างเรียนเพื่อส่งเสริมจริยธรรมในการทำงานของนิสิตนักศึกษา และพัฒนารูปแบบโปรแกรมการทำงานระหว่างเรียนเพื่อส่งเสริมจริยธรรมในการทำงานของนิสิตนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาบัณฑิต ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา สังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการนิสิตนักศึกษาหรือผู้รับผิดชอบการจัดโปรแกรมการทำงานระหว่างเรียน 15 คน สร้างเกณฑ์ที่เหมาะสมของรูปแบบโปรแกรมและต้นร่างรูปแบบโปรแกรมการทำงานระหว่างเรียนเพื่อส่งเสริมจริยธรรมในการทำงานของนิสิตนักศึกษา ทดสอบรูปแบบกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นนักศึกษาคนไทย วิทยาลัยมิชชั่น ปีการศึกษา 2543 ซึ่งทำงานในโปรแกรมการทำงานระหว่างเรียน จนสิ้นสุดภาคการศึกษา จำนวน 46 คน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า เกณฑ์ที่เหมาะสมในการพัฒนารูปแบบโปรแกรมการทำงานระหว่างเรียนเพื่อส่งเสริมจริยธรรมในการทำงานของนิสิตนักศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 1) เป็นโปรแกรมที่จัดขึ้นเพื่อช่วยเหลือด้านการเงินแก่นักศึกษา 2) เป็นโปรแกรมที่จัดให้นักศึกษาทำงานบางเวลาในช่วงที่ว่างจากการเรียน 3) เป็นโปรแกรมที่จัดขึ้นจากความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบการจัดโปรแกรมและหน่วยงานที่รับนักศึกษาทำงาน 4) เป็นโปรแกรมที่จัดโดยสถาบันอุดมศึกษา ทำหน้าที่ดังนี้ (ก) เตรียมความพร้อมสถาบัน โดยการประเมินสภาพแวดล้อมของสถาบัน (ข) วางแผนการจัดโปรแกรม โดยเตรียมผู้ประสานงานโปรแกรมที่มีความรู้ความสามารถในการให้คำปรึกษาชี้แนะด้านจริยธรรมในการทำงาน (ค) ดำเนินงานโปรแกรมเพื่อส่งเสริมจริยธรรมในการทำงาน โดยการจัดประสบการณ์ตรงและประสบการณ์อ้อมด้านจริยธรรมในการทำงานให้กับนักศึกษา 5) เป็นโปรแกรมที่ประกอบด้วย ขั้นตอนการพัฒนาโปรแกรม 5 ขั้นตอน รูปแบบโปรแกรมการทำงานระหว่างเรียนเพื่อส่งเสริมจริยธรรมในการทำงานของนิสิตนักศึกษาประกอบด้วย 1) การประเมินเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสถาบัน 2) การวางแผนการจัดโปรแกรม 3) การดำเนินงานโปรแกรม 4) การประเมินหลังจบโปรแกรม 5) การตัดสินใจเชิงบริหาร รูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถส่งเสริมจริยธรรมในการทำงานของนิสิตนักศึกษา โดยพบว่านักศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยจริยธรรมในการทำงานด้านความซื่อสัตย์ การยึดมั่นในหลักการ การรักษาสัญญา และความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ สูงกว่าก่อนทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทาง สถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The proposes of this research were to set the appropriate criteria for development of a work-study program model in promoting work ethics in bachelor's degree students. Data from interviews with 15 vice-president of student affairs or those responsible in work-study program administration were collected as the basis for model development. The appropriate criteria were formulate and work-study program model to promote work ethics was duly developed and tested. The subjects for testing the model were 46 Thai students in Mission College who worked in work-study program until the end of second semester in the academic year 2000. Appropriate criteria formulated were specified for the program to fulfill the following objectives. Firstly, to help financially needy students. Secondly, to provide part-time employment for students. Thirdly, to manage by cooperating between work-study office and campus units employing students in the program in the program. Finally, responsibilities of the institutions were delineated as follows: (a) To prepare for institutions readiness by assessing the context of higher education (b) To plan the program by preparing program coordinator being able to advise work ethics to the students (c) To implement the program to promote work ethics by providing direct and indirect work ethics experiences to the students. The program was composed of 5 steps. Work-study program model to promote work ethics consists of : 1) Assessment for institution readiness 2) Planning the program 3) Implementation the program 4) Post-assessment and 5) Administrative decision. After testing the model, it was found that the average scores of student work ethics test were higher than that before testing at the .05 level of significance. |
