| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 4 ประการคือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการนำเสนอเรื่อง ปริมาณความถี่ และรูปแบบการนำเสนอเนื้อหาการทำประชาพิจารณ์ของหนังสือพิมพ์รายวัน 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการนำเสนอเนื้อหาการทำประชาพิจารณ์ของหนังสือพิมพ์รายวัน 3) เพื่อทราบถึงวัตถุประสงค์และมุมมองในการนำเสนอเนื้อหาการทำประชาพิจารณ์ของหนังสือพิมพ์รายวัน 4) เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการนำเสนอเรื่อง ปริมาณ ความถี่และรูปแบบ แนวทางการนำเสนอ เนื้อหาการทำประชาพิจารณ์ของหนังสือพิมพ์รายวัน ทั้ง 6 ฉบับ คือ หนังสือพิมพ์ไทยรัฐ หนังสือพิมพ์เดลินิวส์ หนังสือพิมพ์ข่าวสด หนังสือพิมพ์มติชน หนังสือพิมพ์กรุงเทพธุรกิจ และหนังสือพิมพ์ไทยโพสต์ ที่ตีพิมพ์ระหว่างวันที่ 1 มกราคม 2543 ถึงวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2543 จำนวน 426 ฉบับ และสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกบรรณาธิการ หัวหน้าข่าว ผู้สื่อข่าว โดยการวิเคราะห์ใช้การระบุความถี่ร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยได้ข้อสรุปดังนี้ หนังสือพิมพ์ที่นำเสนอเรื่องการทำประชาพิจารณ์โครงการต่างๆ มากที่สุดคือ หนังสือพิมพ์กรุงเทพธุรกิจ หนังสือพิมพ์ที่นำเสนอเนื้อหาการทำประชาพิจารณ์มากที่สุดคือ หนังสือพิมพ์มติชน รูปแบบการนำเสนอเนื้อหาของหนังสือพิมพ์รายวันทั้ง 6 ฉบับ ที่นำเสนอมากที่สุดคือ รูปแบบข่าว แนวทางการนำเสนอเนื้อหาการทำประชาพิจารณ์ของหนังสือพิมพ์ รายวันที่นำเสนอมากที่สุดคือ ให้ข่าวสารทั่วไป รองลงมาคือ ให้ข้อคิดบางประการ นำเสนอข้อ โต้เถียงของทุกฝ่าย แจ้งให้ทราบผลของการทำประชาพิจารณ์ ตามลำดับ จากข้อสันนิษฐานพบว่า 1. หนังสือพิมพ์รายวันมีการนำเสนอเรื่อง ปริมาณความถี่และ รูปแบบการนำเสนอเนื้อหาการทำประชาพิจารณ์แตกต่างกัน 2. หนังสือพิมพ์รายวันแต่ละฉบับมีแนวทางในการนำเสนอเนื้อหาการทำประชาพิจารณ์แตกต่างกัน 3. หนังสือพิมพ์รายวันแต่ละฉบับมีวัตถุประสงค์และมุมมองในการนำเสนอเนื้อหาการทำประชาพิจารณ์แตกต่างกัน |
| Other Abstract: | Six daily newspapers are selected as population for the study. This includes, Thai Rath, Daily News, Khao Sod, Mati Chon, Krungthep Thurakit, and Thai Post, that are published between 1 January to 31 December 2000, and contain content about public hearings. This resulted in a total of 426 sampled issues. Apart from doing a quantitative analysis of the content about public hearings in these sampled issues, the researcher also carried out in-depth interviews with editors, news chiefs, and reporters in order to arrive at the findings. Data analysis is in the form of descriptive statistics with percentages of frequency in reporting. The research finds that Krungthep Thurakit presented the highest amount of content about public hearings on ongoing public projects in the selected timeframe while Mati Chon presented the highest amount of general content on public hearings that have been organized. The most prevalent form of content presentation about public hearings across the six newspapers is news. The most widely used approach in the presentation of such content is giving general information, followed by projection of some ideas, presentation of debates from all sides concerned, and informing about the results of the hearings, in that respective order. As a result of hypothesis testing, this study finds that 1) all sampled daily newspapers reported about public hearings with different frequency and forms; 2) each sampled newspaper has a different approach in presenting content about public hearings; 3) each sampled newspaper has a different objective and perspective in presenting content about public hearings. |
