dc.description.abstract	ศึกษาแนวทางในการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศศึกษา ในครอบครัวของพ่อแม่ที่มีลูกวัยรุ่น โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพปัญหาเกี่ยวกับเพศศึกษา ผลกระทบต่อวัยรุ่นและแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหา 2) วิธีการสอนเพศศึกษาในครอบครัวของพ่อแม่ 3) การเปิดรับข่าวสารและการแสวงหาความรู้เกี่ยวกับเพศศึกษาของพ่อแม่ 4) แนวทางในการสอนเรื่องเพศศึกษาที่เหมาะสมกับวัยรุ่น การศึกษาวิจัยได้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยมีระยะเวลาในการเก็บข้อมูลรวม 3 เดือน การได้มาซึ่งผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ คือ พ่อแม่ที่มีลูกวัยรุ่น จำนวน 50 ครอบครัว เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ กรอบแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการสังเกตการณ์แบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัญหาของวัยรุ่นที่พ่อแม่เป็นห่วงและหนักใจมากที่สุด คือปัญหายาเสพติด รองลงมาคือปัญหาเกี่ยวกับเพศศึกษาของวัยรุ่น แนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาต้องเริ่มจากการสร้างความรัก ความอบอุ่นและความเข้าใจในครองครัว ดูแลเรื่องการคบเพื่อนของวัยรุ่น ความร่วมมือจากโรงเรียน ชุมชนและสังคมในการแก้ปัญหา สื่อที่พ่อแม่เปิดรับมากที่สุดคือโทรทัศน์และสื่อบุคคล วิธีการแสวงหาความรู้เกี่ยวกับเพศศึกษาของพ่อแม่ ได้แก่ การดูรายการเพศศึกษาทางโทรทัศน์ ปรึกษากับพ่อแม่ที่มีลูกวัยรุ่นเหมือนกัน ถามจากแพทย์หรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และหาหนังสือเกี่ยวกับเพศศึกษามาอ่าน แนวทางในการสอนเพศศึกษาที่เหมมาะสมกับวัยรุ่น คือ การสอนโดยพ่อแม่ หรือสอนโดยญาติคนใกล้ชิด หรือครูอาจารย์ แพทย์และผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะด้าน เนื้หาสาระที่ควรจะสอนคือ เนื้อสาระเกี่ยวกับเพศศึกษาโดยทั่วไป ที่มีความต่อเนื่องและครอบคลุมสตั้งแต่เล็กจนโต นอกจากนี้ยังควรเน้นเรื่องความประพฤติและการวางตัวของวัยรุ่น เรื่องโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์และการป้องกัน เน้นเรื่องธรรมชาติชายหญิง และที่สำคัญควรจะสอนหลักศีลธรรมและจริยธรรมควบคู่ไปด้วย	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	To invesitgate communication approaches to sex education in families having teenage children. The purposes of the study were: 1) to explore problem situation of sex education, its impact on teenagers, and solutions, 2) to examine communication approaches to sex education in family, 3) to explore media exposure and information seeking of parents on "Sex Education", 4) to determine the appropriate and persuasive communication strategies and tactics for parents to teach their teenage children. Qualitative research method was used to collect data. The subjects were purposively chosen from volunteer families for in-depth interview and non-participatory observation. The results of the study are as follows: 1) Drugs and other problems concerning teenagers' sex education were the most serious problems for which parents were deeply worried. Solutions should start at home. Parents construct a loving, warm, and understanding family, take care of their children including friends of their children, and cooperate with school, community, and society to solve problems. 2) Television and peers were the media parents exposed the most. Parents sought information about sex education from TV sex education programs, consult with peers, doctor/expert, and read sex education text. 3) The appropriate and persuasive teaching/communication personnels were parents/close relatives/teachers/doctors/experts. The desired and required teaching subject matters were sex education in general covering the early teen to young adult, especially male and female physiology. Last but not least, parents should not forget to teach moral and ethical principles together with sex education.	en
