dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความรู้ เจตคติ และการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเอดส์ จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา ระยะเวลาที่ปฏิบัติงาน สถานภาพการสมรส ประสบการณ์การดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเอดส์ และหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้กับเจตคติ การดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเอดส์และภูมิหลังของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ตัวอย่างประชากรคือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีประสบการณ์ และไม่มีประสบการณ์การดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเอดส์ จำนวน 272 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการทดสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา และความเที่ยงภายใน ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1. ความรู้เรื่องโรคเอดส์ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพอยู่ในระดับน้อย เจตคติอยู่ในระดับปานกลางและการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเอดส์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ความรู้เรื่องโรคเอดส์และเจตคติต่อผู้ป่วยโรคเอดส์ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา ระยะเวลาที่ปฏิบัติงาน และสถานภาพการสมรส ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเอดส์ พบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้เรื่องโรคเอดส์ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีประสบการณ์การดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเอดส์สูงกว่าพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ไม่มีประสบการณ์การดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเอดส์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนเจตคตินั้นไม่มีความแตกต่าง 3. คะแนนเฉลี่ยของการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเอดส์ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาและระยะเวลาปฏิบัติงาน ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อจำแนกตามสถานภาพ การสมรส และประสการณ์การดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเอดส์ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีสถานภาพสมรสคู่ มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยการดูแลผู้ป่วยสูงกว่าพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่เป็นโสด และพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ไม่มีประสบการณ์การดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเอดส์มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยการดูแลผู้ป่วยสูงกว่าพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีประสบการณ์การดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเอดส์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ความรู้เรื่องโรคเอดส์ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับเจตคติ และการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเอดส์ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 อย่างไรก็ตาม ความรู้เรื่องโรคเอดส์มีความสัมพันธ์กับประสบการณ์การดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเอดส์ (r = .347) ในทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แต่ความรู้เรื่องโรคเอดส์ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับวุฒิการศึกษา และสถานภาพการสมรส	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	This research were designed to study knowledge, attitude, and the care of the AIDS patients by professional nurses as perceived by themselves and to study the relationships among these variables. Two hundred and seventy-two experienced and inexperienced professional nurses were selected at the sample. The research instrument had been validated and tested for internal consistency. The major finding were: 1. Professional nurses' knowledge on AIDS was at the low level while their attitudes was at the moderate level and they have expressed "quite often" caring of the AIDS Patients. 2. There were no statistically significant differences at .05 level in knowledge on AIDS and attitudes towards AIDS patients perceived by the professional nurses classified by educational level, work experiences and marital status. However, the professional nurses who had experiences in caring of the AIDS patients demonstrated higher knowledge than the inexperienced ones although their attitude were no differences. 3. There were no statistically significant difference at .05 level in the caring of AIDS patients perceived by professional nurses classified by educational level, and work experiences while married nurses and nurses who have not care for AIDS patients showed the higher mean in the care of AIDS patients than single nurses and as well as than experienced ones. 4. There were no correlation among knowledge on AIDS, attitudes towards AIDS patients and the care for AIDS patients reported by professional nurses. However, the experiences in caring of AIDS patients positively related to knowledge on AIDS at .05 significant level. However, the knowledge on AIDS did not related to educational level and marital status.	en
