dc.description.abstract	ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมในสถาบันราชภัฏ พัฒนารูปการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมทั้งองค์กรในสถาบันราชภัฏ และวิเคราะห์การนำรูปแบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมมาใช้กับสภาพจริง ที่สถาบันราชภัฏพระนคร ประชากรได้แก่ สถาบันราชภัฏทั้งหมด 41 แห่ง และประชาคมอุดมศึกษาของสถาบันราชภัฏ ที่ปฏิบัติงานและศึกษาอยู่ในสถาบันราชภัฏ ในปีการศึกษา 2546 จำนวน 515,857 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ สถาบันราชภัฏ 41 แห่ง และประชาคมอุดมศึกษาในสถาบันราชภัฏ โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 1,964 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แผนที่ทางกายภาพ แบบสำรวจสภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมในสถาบันราชภัฏ แบบสอบถามประชาคมอุดมศึกษาและแบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารสถาบันราชภัฏ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน ร้อยละ ฐานนิยม ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิตและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า สภาพปัจจุบันของการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพของสถาบันราชภัฏ มีความหนาแน่นของประชากรจากอัตราส่วนของการใช้พื้นที่ต่อคนต่างกัน ตามขนาดพื้นที่และจำนวนผู้ใช้พื้นที่นั้น โดยที่กลุ่มสถาบันราชภัฏกรุงเทพมหานครมีความหนาแน่นของประชากร มากกว่ากลุ่มสถาบันราชภัฏในส่วนภูมิภาค สถาบันราชภัฏส่วนใหญ่มีการดำเนินงาน จัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมด้านการใช้พลังงานมากที่สุด สำหรับรูปแบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมทั้งองค์กรที่พัฒนาขึ้น เป็นรูปแบบเพื่อการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างยั่งยืน โดยใช้การจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์ซึ่งเป็นผลของการบูรณาการการจัดการทั้งองค์กรของ 4 สายงาน ได้แก่ สายงานบุคลากร สายงานโครงสร้าง สายงานเทคโนโลยี และสายงานสิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ ผลของการนำรูปแบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมที่พัฒนาขึ้น ไปใช้กับสภาพจริงโดยใช้ยุทธศาสตร์และมาตรการที่ได้นำไปทดลองใช้ 1 แผนงาน มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี ข้อเสนอแนะจากผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้1. สถาบันราชภัฏทุกแห่งควรกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์และนโยบายด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างชัดเจน เพื่อให้เป็นพันธะในการปฏิบัติและยอมรับโดยทั่วไปทั้งองค์กร 2. การจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมของสถาบันราชภัฏ ควรเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือกับชุมชนในท้องถิ่น และหน่วยงานภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยต้องดำเนินงานอย่างต่อเนื่องและเป็นเครือข่าย 3.ควรมีการศึกษาการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมทางสังคม ควบคู่ไปกับการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	To study the present situation for environmental management in Rajabhat Institutes ; to develop a model for overall environmental management in Rajabhat Institutes ; and to analyze overall environmental management model in oder to really practice. Population in this study consist of 41 Rajabhat Institutes and 515,857 persons who work or study in 2003 academic year. Samples in this study consist of 41 Rajabhat Institutes and 1,964 persons which the stratified sampling was used to determine samples. Materials for this study were physiological map, survey information of the present situation for environmental management, questionnaires for these subjects and interview information for administrator. Basic statistics were used to analyze the samples' background and distribution of the materials information. The research results indicated that, the present situation for physical environmental management , population density from ratio of used area per person are difference. The central region Rajabhat Institute has population density more than that in rural region where energy use management is the most. A model for environmental management in this research has been developed to sustainable model with strategic management. It is the effect of integration of overall management such as human process intervention stream, structure intervention stream, technology intervention stream and physical environment intervention stream. The result of implementation to really situation has been associated with empirical data in high level. Suggestions are as follow : 1. It was suggested that all Rajabhat Institutes should be determined vision and policy on environmental management clearly. In order to mission for practiced and accepted by every person. 2. Environmental management should be operation coordinated with communities in local area and related external agencies. It must be continuity of operation and network. 3. Social environmental management should be studied parallel with physical environment management.	en
