dc.description.abstractการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศด้านวิชาการสำหรับผู้บริหารวิทยาลัยพยาบาลสังกัดสถาบันพระบรมราชชนก และประเมินประสิทธิผลของระบบสารสนเทศด้านวิชาการสำหรับผู้บริหารเป็นกรณีศึกษา วิทยาลัยพยาบาลพระจอมเกล้า จังหวัดเพชรบุรี โดยใช้แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาระบบวิธีสร้างต้นแบบ (Prototype) เริ่มต้นจากการศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ระบบงานปัจจุบัน ได้แก่ งานด้านการผลิตนักศึกษา งานพัฒนาอาจารย์ และงานวิจัยและพัฒนาวิชาการ โดยศึกษาจากเอกสารและสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหาร แล้วผู้วิจัยนำมาพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศหนึ่งระบบ คือ ระบบงานพัฒนาอาจารย์โดยใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Access'97 ภายหลังจากได้ทดสอบความพร้อมของโปรแกรมและติดตั้งระบบแล้ว ผู้วิจัยได้จัดทำคู่มือสำหรับผู้ใช้งานจัดอบรมผู้ปฏิบัติงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบงาน เพื่อบันทึกข้อมูลและจัดพิมพ์รายงานและนำเสนอผู้บริหารเพื่อทดลองใช้ที่วิทยาลัยพยาบาลพระจอมเกล้า จังหวัดเพชรบุรี ต่อจากนั้นได้ประเมินประสิทธิผลของระบบ จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงาน โดยการสัมภาษณ์ความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อระบบพบว่ากลุ่มผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงานมีความพึงพอใจต่อข้อมูลการนำเข้าของระบบงานศึกษาต่อ/อบรม/สัมมนา/ดูงานมากที่สุด (X = 4.64 และ 4.57) ผู้บริหารมีความพึงพอใจต่อกระบวนการของระบบงานศึกษาต่อ/อบรม/สัมมนา/ดูงาน และระบบวางแผนพัฒนาอาจารย์มากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากัน (X = 4.55) แต่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานมีความพึงพอใจต่อกระบวนการของระบบงานโครงการจัดอบรม/สัมมนา/ดูงาน มากที่สุด (X = 4.52) และทั้งสองกลุ่มมีความพึงพอใจต่อการสอบถามและรายงานของระบบงานศึกษาต่อ/อบรม/สัมมนา/ดูงาน มากที่สุด (X = 4.83 และ 4.66) สำหรับความปลอดภัยของระบบทั้งผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงานมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทั้งสามระบบen
dc.description.abstractalternativeThis research was aimed to develop educational information systems for executive officers of nursing colleges, a case study of Praboromarajchanok Institute and to evaluate effectiveness of these systems at Prachomklao Nursing College, Petchaburi province. The prototype was selected as a process of development. The first steps was the current system study and analysis, such as students' admission and graduation, research and academic management. These processes were done by using documents analysis and interviews. Finally, faculty development as one of the information system in the academic affair for nursing college administrators was developed by using Microsoft Access'97. The application software implementations were carried on step by step started with users' training workshop at Prachomklao Nursing College. Interviews were used to evaluate information system effectiveness clarified as users' satisfactions. The findings were revealed that the administrators and the operational users were most satisfied for input screens of Educational and Training System (X = 4.64 and 4.57), the administrators were most satisfied for the processing of Educational and Training System and Instructor Development Planning System (X = 4.55 and 4.55), the operational users, however, were most satisfied for the processing of Project Training System (X = 4.52), the administrators and the operational users were most satisfied for the reports of Educational and Training System (X = 4.83 and 4.66). Both groups were most satisfied for the security of the three systems.en
