| dc.description.abstract | บทนำ : ไมแอสทีเนีย กราวิส คือ โรคภูมิแพ้ตนเองชนิดหนึ่ง โดยอาการแสดงคือกล้ามเนื้ออ่อนแรงในขณะที่ความคิด ความรู้สึกตัวยังคงเป็นปกติ เนื่องจากการด าเนินโรคมักเรื้อรัง และมีอาการอ่อนแรงเป็นๆหายๆ ส่งผลต่อชีวิตประจำวัน และทำให้คุณภาพชีวิตแย่ลง ในปี 2000 มูลนิธิ ไมแอสทีเนีย กราวิส ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ได้ออกค าแนะน าให้สร้างแบบสอบถามเพื่อใช้ในการประเมินคุณภาพชีวิตของโรค ไมแอสทีเนีย กราวิส โดยเฉพาะ แทนที่การใช้แบบสอบถามคุณภาพชีวิตที่ไม่จำเพาะกับโรค เช่น Short-form 36 หลังจากนั้นมีแบบสอบถามที่จ าเพาะกับไมแอสนีเทีย กราวิส ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นเพียงไม่กี่ฉบับ วัตถุประสงค์ : เป้าหมายของการศึกษานี้คือ การแปลแบบสอบถาม พร้อมทั้งพิสูจน์ความเที่ยงตรงและความน่าเชื่อถือ เพื่อสร้างแบบประเมินคุณภาพชีวิตเฉพาะโรค ไมแอสนีเนีย กราวิส เพื่อใช้ในผู้ป่วยชาวไทย วิธีการทดลอง : นำแบบสอบถามเฉพาะโรค ไมแอสนีเนีย กราวิส มาแปลเป็นภาษาไทยโดย translation and back translation method และน าไปใช้ในตัวอย่างผู้ป่วยเพื่อปรับให้เข้ากับวิถีชีวิตและวัฒนธรรมไทย การศึกษานี้ทดสอบผู้ป่วยในคลินิกผู้ป่วยนอก รพ. จุฬาลงกรณ์ที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยว่าเป็น ไมแอสนีเนีย กราวิส 31 คน โดยมีการทดสอบซ้ำที่เวลา 2 สัปดาห์เพื่อประเมินความน่าเชื่อถือ (test-retest reliability) ผลการทดลอง : ขั้นตอนการแปลงแบบทดสอบเฉพาะโรค ไมแอสทีเนีย กราวิส เป็นภาษาไทยเป็นตามกระบวนการด้วยความเรียบร้อย พบว่ามีความเที่ยงตรงในระดับดีที่ Cronbach’s alpha 0.9 และมีความน่าเชื่อถือจากการประเมินซ้ำ (test-retest reliability) โดยการวิเคราะห์ intraclass correlation โดยรวมเท่ากับ 0.97 และสูงกว่า 0.5 ในทุกข้อ โดยอยู่ในช่วงระหว่าง 0.64-0.96 สรุป : แบบสอบถามคุณภาพชีวิตเฉพาะโรค ไมแอสนีเนีย กราวิส ภาค ภาษาไทย ได้รับการพิสูจน์ว่ามีความแม่นยำสูงและความน่าเชื่อถือ แบบสอบถามนี้อาจนำไปใช้เป็นตัววัดผลที่สำคัญทั้งในการศึกษาวิจัยและการดูแลผู้ป่วยต่อไปในอนาคต | en |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | Introduction : Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoimmune disorder, manifesting with muscle weakness while the cognitive and mental functions remain normal. Since the clinical course is usually chronic and weakness is fluctuating, activities of daily living are impaired and the quality of life is worse. In 2000, the MG foundation of America recommended developing disease-specific Myasthenia Gravis Questionnaire instead of using general questionnaire, such as short-form health survey (SF-36) Later, few MG-specific questionnaires were developed. Objective : The aims of this study were to translate, to validate, and to test for reliability of the MG 15-item quality-of-life instrument to enable the use among Thai MG patients. Methods : Thai MG specific questionnaire was adapted using methods of forward and backward translation, reviewed by representative patients for life-style and cultural adaptation. The study was conducted by interviewing 31 patients with the diagnosis of MG at outpatient department of King Chulalongkorn memorial hospital. To check for reproducibility, second interview was made 2 weeks later. Results :Translation and back translation of the MG 15-item quality-of-life instrument into Thai were successful. The internal consistency was good (Cronbach’s alpha of 0.9). Test-retest reliability ,analyzed with intraclass correlation coefficient, overall was equal to 0.97 and was above 0.5 in every item ranging from 0.64-0.96 Conclusions : Thai MG specific questionnaire was successfully translated. It has good internal consistency and validity.
