dc.description.abstractการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและค้นหารูปแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงเหตุผล (Causal model) ต่อขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูมัธยมศึกษา จากตัวแปร 8 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มตัวแปรด้านบุคลิกภาพของครูใหญ่ มนุษยสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน สภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกโรงเรียน ลักษณะทั่วไปของโรงเรียน ลักษณะของงานที่ครูรับผิดชอบ สภาพการปฏิบัติงาน สถานภาพส่วนตัวของครู และทัศนคติของครู ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวแปร เหล่านี้จำแนกเป็นตัวแปรย่อย 31ตัวแปร คือ บุคลิกภาพของครูใหญ่ด้านการมีอำนาจอิทธิพล บุคลิกภาพของครูใหญ่ด้านความรับผิดชอบ บุคลิกภาพของครูใหญ่ด้านการเข้าสังคม บุคลิกภาพของครูใหญ่ด้านความมั่นคงทางอารมณ์ มนุษยสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน สภาพแวดล้อมทางบ้าน ความรับผิดชอบในครอบครัวของครู สภาพชุมชนรอบ ๆโรงเรียน ขนาดของโรงเรียน ระยะทางจากบ้านพักถึงโรงเรียน ระยะทางจากโรงเรียนถึงชุมชน สภาพการเดินทางจากโรงเรียนถึงชุมชน ระยะเวลาดำรงตำแหน่งของผู้บริหาร จำนวนคาบการสอน จำนวนรายวิชาที่สอน จำนวนห้องเรียนที่สอน ความถนัดในวิชาที่สอน งานรับผิดชอบที่นอกเหนือจากการสอน สภาพการปฏิบัติงาน เพศ สถานภาพสมรส อายุ อายุราชการ คุณวุฒิของครู ตำแหน่ง เงินเดือน ภูมิลำเนาเดิม ทัศนคติต่อชุมชนรอบ ๆ โรงเรียน ทัศนคติต่อโรงเรียน ทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพ และทัศนคติต่อเพื่อนร่วมงาน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลตามตัวแปรดังกล่าวประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามจำนวน 7 ฉบับ โดยรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในภาคเหนือและภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จำนวน 1,250 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เส้นทาง (Path analysis) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ตัวแปรที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์เชิงเหตุผลทั้ง 8 กลุ่ม สามารถร่วมกันอธิบายขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานได้ประมาณร้อยละ 76 2. ตัวแปรที่มีปริมาณผลรวมของผลทางตรงและผลทางอ้อมต่อขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับสูงเรียงลำดับตามความมากน้อยได้ดังนี้ คือ 2.1 สภาพการปฏิบัติงาน 2.2 มนุษยสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน 2.3 สภาพชุมชนรอบๆโรงเรียน 2.4 บุคลิกภาพของครูใหญ่ด้านความรับผิดชอบ 2.5 ทัศนคติต่อชุมชนรอบๆโรงเรียน 2.6 ทัศนคติต่อเพื่อนร่วมงาน 2.7 บุคลิกภาพของครูใหญ่ด้านการมีอำนาจอิทธิพล 2.8 บุคลิกภาพของครูใหญ่ด้านการเข้าสังคม 2.9 บุคลิกภาพของครูใหญ่ด้านความมั่นคงทางอารมณ์ 2.10 ทัศนคติต่อโรงเรียน 2.11 ทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพ ตัวแปรเหล่านี้ทุกตัวส่งผลเชิงนิมานต่อขวัญในการปฏิบัติงาน ตัวแปร 3 ตัวแรกมีปริมาณผลรวมของผลทางตรงและผลทางอ้อมอยู่ในระดับสูงมาก-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purpose of this research was to study the pattern of the causal relation between the morale of secondary school teachers with eight major variables: school administrator’s personality, teacher relationship with colleague, school’s environment, school condition, intrinsic aspects of the job, working conditions, teacher status and teacher’s attitudes. They consists of thirty-one sub-variables: school administrator’s ascendancy, school administrator’s responsibility, school administrator’s sociability, school administrator’s emotional stability, teacher relationship with colleague, home environment, family responsibility, school’s community, school size, distance from school to living area, distance from school to community, convenience of going to school, the duration of administrator on administrative position, teaching load, teaching list of subject matter, number of class taught, teacher satisfaction of teaching subject matter, other school works except teaching, working conditions, sex, marital status, age, teaching experience, professional qualification, teacher’s position, salary, teacher’s home town, teacher’s attitudes toward school’s community, teacher’s attitudes toward the school, teacher’s attitudes toward teaching profession and teacher’s attitudes toward colleague. Data were collected by seven sets of questionnaire from sample of 1,250 secondary school teachers working in the Northern and Northeastern regions of Thailand. The data were analysed through the method of path analysis. The major findings were as follows: 1. The variables chosen for this study can account for the variance of secondary school teacher’s morale about 76 percents. 2. The variables that have major causal effect to the secondary school teacher’s morale can be listed in order as follows: 2.1 Working conditions. 2.2 Teacher relationship with colleague. 2.3 School’s community. 2.4 School administrator’s responsibility. 2.5 Teacher’s attitudes toward school’s community. 2.6 Teacher’s attitudes toward colleague. 2.7 School administrator’s ascendancy. 2.8 School administrator’s sociability. 2.9 School administrator’s emotional stability. 2.10 Teacher’s attitudes toward the school. 2.11 Teacher’s attitudes toward teaching profession. All variables, list above, have shown positive causal effect to the secondary school teacher’s morale, and the variables number 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 have shown very high positive causal effect.-
