| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาเนื้อหาหลักสูตรวิชาสังคมศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย พุทธศักราช 2524 ว่ามีเนื้อหาที่กล่าวถึงลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองดีในลักษณะใด และมีจำนวนมากน้อยเพียงใด วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาเอกสาร ผลงานวิจัย หนังสือและสิ่งพิมพ์ที่กล่าวถึงลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองดีในสังคมไทย แล้วสรุปเป็นลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองดีนำเสนอต่อผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางสังคมจำนวน 31 คนพิจารณาและให้ข้อคิดเห็น นำผลการพิจารณาและข้อคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางสังคมทั้งหมดมาสรุปภายใต้คำแนะนำของคณะอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา ได้ลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองดี 36 ลักษณะ ใช้ตัวแปรในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ สำหรับเนื้อหาหลักสูตรใช้เกณฑ์แบ่งออกเป็น 7 ประเภท ส่วนพฤติกรรมที่พลเมืองดีพึงแสดงออกกำหนดเป็น 3 ลักษณะ แหล่งข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่หนังสือเรียนและคู่มือครูวิชาบังคับกลุ่มสังคมศึกษา ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายพุทธศักราช 2524 ทุกๆ รายวิชา เป็นหนังสือเรียน 6 เล่มและคู่มือครู 6 เล่ม สรุปผลการวิจัย 1. ความถี่ของลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองดี ปรากฏรวมทั้งสิ้น 1,109 ครั้ง โดยปรากฏในหนังสือเรียน 1,063 ครั้ง ปรากฏในคู่มือ 46 ครั้ง ในแหล่งข้อมูลแต่ละระดับชั้นปรากฏลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองดีมากที่สุดในระดับ ม.4 จำนวน 508 ครั้ง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 45.81 รองลงมาได้แก่ระดับ ม.6 จำนวน 436 ครั้ง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 39.31 และปรากฏน้อยที่สุดในระดับ ม.5 จำนวน 165 ครั้ง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 14.88 แหล่งข้อมูลที่เป็นหนังสือเรียน ปรากฏลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองดีมากที่สุด ได้แก่ หนังสือเรียนวิชาสังคมศึกษา ส.401 จำนวน 295 ครั้งและปรากฏน้อยที่สุดในหนังสือเรียนวิชาสังคมศึกษา ส.504 จำนวน 74 ครั้งส่วนคู่มือครูที่ปรากฏลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองดีมากที่สุด ได้แก่ คู่มือครูวิชา ส.401 จำนวน 42 ครั้ง คู่มือครูวิชา ส.402 ส.503 ส.605 และ ส.606 ไม่มีเนื้อหาเพิ่มเติมและไม่ปรากฏลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองดี 2. ความถี่ลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองดีปรากฏมากที่สุดมี 2 ลักษณะคือการรักษาระเบียบวินัย และ รู้จักใช้และสงวนรักษาสาธารณสมบัติทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยปรากฏจำนวน 78 ครั้งเท่ากัน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 7.02 ของลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองดีที่ปรากฏในแหล่งข้อมูลทั้งหมด ส่วนลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองดีที่ปรากฏน้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ โดยปรากฏ 1 ครั้ง ส่วนลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองดีเกี่ยวกับการต่อต้านและไม่ลองสิ่งเสพติด ปรากฏว่าไม่มีปรากฏในแหล่งข้อมูลที่ใช้วิเคราะห์เลย 3. ลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองดีที่ปรากฏมากที่สุด 10 อันดับ เรียงตามลำดับความถี่จากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ รักษาระเบียบวินัย รู้จักใช้และสงวนรักษาสาธารณสมบัติทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม มีความละอายและเกรงกลัวต่อการประพฤติผิดความมีเหตุผล มีความรับผิดชอบ ประกอบอาชีพที่สุจริต มีความเมตตากรุณา มีความยุติธรรม มีสติสัมปชัญญะ ใฝ่หาความรู้ความจริง ส่วนลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองดีที่ปรากฏน้อยที่สุด 10 อันดับสุดท้าย เรียงตามลำดับความถี่จากมากไปน้อยได้แก่ วางแผนในการทำงาน มีความภาคภูมิใจในความเป็นไทย เป็นผู้ผลิตและเป็นผู้บริโภคที่ดี มีความสามัคคี มีความกตัญญูกตเวที รักษาความสะอาด พึ่งตนเองมีน้ำใจเป็นนักกีฬา ใช้เวลาให้เป็นประโยชน์ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ต่อต้านและไม่ลองสิ่งเสพติด 4. ลักษณะพฤติกรรมที่พลเมืองดีพึงแสดงออกต่อตนเองมีปรากฏมากที่สุดจำนวนความถี่ 588 ครั้งคิดเป็นร้อยละ 53.03 รองลงมาเป็นลักษณะพฤติกรรมที่พลเมืองดีพึงแสดงออกต่อผู้อื่นปรากฏความถี่จำนวน 345 ครั้งคิดเป็นร้อยละ 31.10 และที่ปรากฏน้อยที่สุดเป็นลักษณะพฤติกรรมที่พลเมืองดีพึงปฏิบัติต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม จำนวนความถี่ 176 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 15.87 5. ประเภทเนื้อหาลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองดีที่ปรากฏมากที่สุด เป็นเนื้อหาประเภทข้อเท็จจริงและความรู้ธรรมดาจำนวนความถี่ 663 ครั้งคิดเป็นร้อยละ 59.78 เนื้อหาประเภทอื่นๆ ปรากฏความถี่รองลงมาตามลำดับคือ เนื้อหาประเภทความคิดรวบยอดเนื้อหาประเภทหลักการ เนื้อหาประเภทการแก้ปัญหา และประเภทเนื้อหาที่ปรากฏน้อยที่สุดได้แก่ความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ โดยปรากฏจำนวน 7 ครั้งคิดเป็นร้อยละ 0.63 ส่วนเนื้อหาประเภทความสามารถและทักษะทางกาย และประเภทเจตคติและค่านิยมไม่ปรากฏในการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาหลักสูตรครั้งนี้ |
| Other Abstract: | Research Objective The main objective of this study was to analyze citizenship characteristics in the content of the Upper Secondary Social Studies Education Curriculum B.E. 2524. To accomplish the objective, the researcher tried to answer how the citizenship characteristics appeared in the above curriculum content. Research Methods The researcher studied and collected citizenship charac¬teristics from books, theses, researches, and other publications. Then he had the collected results cosidered by 31 weleknown social sciences. Experts. Finally, 36 citizenship characteristics were identified as this research variables. As well, the 36 characteristics were classified to three behavioral characteristics namely the behaviors to oneself, to other people and to the environments. The curriculum content was catagorized to 7 catagories namely factual information and verbal knowledge, concepts, principles, pro¬blem solving, creativity, skills, and attitude and values. Six social studies student textbooks and six teacher handbooks were used as resources for identifying research data. Research Findings 1. The citizenship characteristics identifying from research data resources were 1,109 frequencies. Among phen were found 1,063 in the student textbooks and 46 in the teachers' handbooks. Consi¬dering to the different class levels, the most of citizenship characteristics appeared for 508 times or 45.81% in Mathayom Syksa 6 and only 165 times or 14.88% in Mathayom Suksa 5. In the textbooks, the citizenship characteristics appeared most for 295 times in So¬cial Studies 401, as they appeared in Social Studies 504 for only 74 times. While the citizenship characteristics appeared most in Social Studies 401 teacher handbook, there was no appearance in Social Studies 402, Social Studies 503 and Social Studies 605 teachers' handbooks. 2. The citizenship characteristics that appeared most were disciplinary and orderly practice and wisely using reserving the public properties, natural resources and environments which appeared equally for 78 times or 7.03%. The characteristics appeared least was l-time humanrelationship while there was no appearance of habit-forming drug avoidace and resistance: 3. The first ten citizenship characteristics appeared orderly were disciplinary and orderly practice, wiselt using and reserving the public properties, natural resources and environments, being ashamed and afraid of wrong doing, reasoning having, respon¬sibility, honest professinality, being kindness, being justice, being costant self-consciousness, and knowledge and truth searching. The last ten characteristics were work planning, being proud of being Thai, being good producer and consumer, unity, gratefulness, cleaning, self-dependent, spiritualness, wisely using time, human relationship, and habit-forming drug avoidace and resistance. 4. The citizenship characteristic that appeared most were behaviors to oneself for 588 times or 53.03%. The two other were behaviors to other people for 345 times or 31.10%, and to the environments for 176 times or 15.87%. 5. The content characteristics that appeared most were factual information and verbal knowledge for 663 times or 59.78% the next orders were concepts, principles, problem solving, and creative thinking. There was no appearance of the order categories as skills and attitude and valves in the resources data used in this study. |
