| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเข้มแข็งอดทนเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพของเพศหญิง การสนับสนุนทางสังคม การเผชิญความเครียดกับภาวะสุขภาพของผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี/ผู้ป่วยเอดส์เพศหญิง และเพื่อศึกษาความสามารถในการร่วมกันพยากรณ์ภาวะสุขภาพของผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี/ผู้ป่วยเอดส์เพศหญิงจากความเข้มแข็งอดทนเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพของเพศหญิง การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และการเผชิญความเครียด กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี/ผู้ป่วยเอดส์เพศหญิง จำนวน 90 คน จากคลินิกนิรนามโรงพยาบาลชุมชน 9 แห่ง ในภาคใต้ เลือกโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลมี 5 ส่วน ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความเข้มแข็งอดทนเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพของเพศหญิง แบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนทางสังคม แบบสอบถามการเผชิญความเครียด และแบบสอบถามภาวะสุขภาพ ที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาและความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือส่วนที่ 2-5 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ 0.88, 0.84, 0.91 และ 0.89 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และผลการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะสุขภาพของผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี/ผู้ป่วยเอดส์เพศหญิงอยู่ในระดับดี (X =3.87, SD=0.53) 2. ความเข้มแข็งอดทนเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพของเพศหญิง การสนับสนุนทางสังคม การเผชิญความเครียดมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับภาวะสุขภาพของผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี/ผู้ป่วยเอดส์เพศหญิงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (r = 0.43, 0.50 และ 0.52 ตามลำดับ) 3. ความเข้มแข็งอดทนเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพของเพศหญิง การสนับสนุนทางสังคม การเผชิญความเครียดสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ภาวะสุขภาพของผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี/ผู้ป่วยเอดส์เพศหญิงได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยมีอำนาจพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 43.00 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the relationships between feminine health related hardiness, social support, coping and health status of women with HIV/AIDS and to determine abilities of feminine in relation to health related hardiness, social support and coping in predicting health status of women with HIV/AIDS. The subjects were 90 women with HIV/AIDS who attended the Anonymous Clinics. by using random sampling technique, The Anonymous Clinics from nine community hospitals located in southern region were included in this study. Research instruments consisted of the Demographic Data Questionnaires, the Feminine Health-Related Hardiness Scale, the Social Support Questionnaires, the Way of Coping, and the Health Status Scale. All five instruments were content validated by a group of expert and tested for internal consistency. The Cronbach’s alpha for the second to the fifth instruments were 0.88, 0.84, 0.91, and 0.89, respectively. Statistical techniques used for data analysis were descriptive statistics, Pearson’s product moment correlation, and multiple regression. The major findings were as follows: 1. Women with HIV/AIDS reported having good health status (X = 3.87, SD=0.53 ). 2. Feminine health related hardiness, social support, and coping were significantly positively correlated with health status (r = 0.43, 0.50, and 0.52 respectively, p <0.05). 3. For the predictive abilities, all predictors together were accounted for 43 percent of variance in predicting health status of women with HIV/AIDS (R2 = .43, F = 21.65, p<0.05). |
